The location is great, walking distance for the key áreas in Merida. The comom area is beautiful and very traditional style. They have an external parking 1 min away. Room is big

The room needs some maintenance, and the sheets, pilow, and towels are very old and need to be replaced. Breakfast was OK. It is a la carte but not super toasty. I would not call this hotel a boutique, it is a good 2 stars.

Well located for the main square. Traditional hacienda style. Great breakfasts. Lovely staff. Extremely helpful. Would be happy to stay again.

Our accommodation was rated and priced as a Superior Double Room. We saw nothing that raised it to this standard , with the exception that it was on the main level. The room had no windows for natural light, no chairs to sit in… we did ask for one of the courtyard chairs to be brought into our room and that was done. The room’s ’double bed’ configuration meant that one has to crab walk between one of the beds and the wall in order to access the closet…then crab walk back with clothes in hand to dress elsewhere. Only one night table with one electrical outlet for 2 people. There is a desk but it is covered by a massive tv ..so of no value to use for our iPads, phones or bathroom supplies as the bathroom has no shelf space at all. Minimal amenities..two bathroom towels, no hand towels, no bathroom glasses to drink from. The included breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this property but , on a scale of 1-10 , the food and preparation were 5 at best. Options were basic fare .

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Even though we arrived very early, they did everything possible to let us check in and get our room. Parking was also quick and easy. I had to take care of some tasks during my stay, and the staff kindly helped me print and scan documents, which I really appreciated. They also assisted in arranging a taxi for me. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent. We stayed in a ground-floor room, which had a charming view of the old house. I personally did not find it noisy, especially in the evenings when it was quiet. I sincerely thank the staff for their friendliness and kindness.

Super central. Friendly and helpful staff. We borrowed pool towels to take to beach. Inside building beautiful but a bit run down.

We had rooms on first floor. A bit dark and crammed. Modern but very crammed bathroom. Look liked rooms on main level were huge. The breakfast was ok but one poor lady had to do every job and at one point there were no clean dishes and she put out paper cups.

Staff was wonderful!! Friendly and ready to assist with any query or solve any problem. Thank you!!!

Room itself was not great : not very well kept, not much storage, lacking fridge, noisy (sounds like a nightclub next door)

It was in a great location close to the central square. Breakfast was substantial and good . My king sized bed was amazing and staff were helpful and informative. A great hotel. Highly recommend.
