The location and balcony

The smell, cleanliness of the lobby, there were no towels I had to ask for towels. And no lid on the toilet seat so I couldn’t sit had to squat

Location was the only good part of the hotel. The staff were friendly, but we didn't even stay here, we left and went elsewhere.

The sheets and pillow cases were stained, they don't have toilet seats in any of their bathrooms, the facilities are very run down.

Close to the beach

There is a bar first floor. Too loud couldn’t sleep

It feels like center of the town in the night since good access to Merecon. Good location ,50m to beautiful beach walk. Bed mattress was super comfortable, slept good even super noisy environment. Big mirror nice simple clean furniture.

Noise from downstairs bar evening till 3am. Shower does not have certain so bathroom area was everywhere get wet

Showering Is messy. No curtains. Bed sheet used as covering. No blanket.

Very noisy. A nightcbub down...until 3:00 am. Bathroom in bad condition.

Dirty room, unasafety electroinstalation with naked wire, hotel is above the music bar with party until 2 a.m. You order the deluxe room and get the terrible room with dust, dirt, stuck water in toilet… we canceled this room after two nights and moved to the another hotel.

The front desk were accommodating with us luggage. since we arrive early, we were allowed to leave them at the front desk.

We were 3 guests on my reservation; however, the front desk staff didn’t provide us with enough towels, toiletry items, and I have to go and asked them for all of these items. The room seemed not to be ready and dusty. The lady who was at the front desk late in the afternoon seemed to be angry every time we asked for basic room items like the towels. We were even told that 2 towels was our allowance per room. It is just ridiculous to have 3 guests and shared towels.

The loquetion is great.

The room wasn't clean enough, was noise all night and during the day, they have construction or something because we can heard all types of hammering!! The shower are so small and they don't have Towels!!you have ask for that!.

We had to flee from hurrican Milton so needed a safe place for 2 nights as we live on a sailing yacht in the marina

It was safe but too basic nowhere to hand your coat and the TV needed subscriptions to view in general...no where to put cases or bags....not even a table and as for the shower...no door so the whole bathroom is flooded....crazy

+ Price. It was unbelievably cheap. I still didn't understand why. + One minute walk to the beach. You can see the beach from your balcony. + Convenient store next to the hotel.

- They had an ongoing construction on the second floor. - Very tall staircase to the reception. - No elevator. - Very weird staff who smoked at the reception and almost didn't speak to us at all.

The view. The balcony. The floor space. The pair of super large towels. Great air conditioning.

The grating on the balcony meant I guess to stop people from throwing things or themselves off the balcony. This might be city code? The club on the street level with the heavy metal band after midnight. Lack of storage ie closet, hooks. One bright ceiling light

The security, it’s modern. The pool also looks nice.

We didn’t like that we had to keep calling and waiting to have the gate opened any time we needed to go in and out. The other option was to leave our IDs or $500 to use a remote for the gate. We didn’t like that there were cockroaches and huge spiders in the room. The WiFi was in and out and very slow.

Bathroom sink leaking water on the floor, no chair to sit,no where to put your clothes, no closet or anything it was very disappointing i woul not return unless they improve the condition of the room

The view was the only worthed thing

From Thursday to Sunday there is excessive noise from the bar downstairs, if you like to party, this is for you. If you like to sleep, don't bother. Staff were very accommodating and happily moved us to another hotel.

Great location near the beach. Check-in was easy and the staff was pleasant.

The hotel is over a bar which plays loud music... It was difficult to go to tsleep.
