Very high standard hotel with big and clean rooms, free parking, solid swimming pool on roof. Good breakfast

Location is not ideal. But we had a car and it was a great starting point for Xplor and other parks on playa del carmen.

Breakfast was good chilaquiles was my top 10.. but the room itself was on bad condition (bed legs was broken,toilet paper hanger was falling off, the water they offer was open and when me arrive the refrigerator got a paper note with a another family's name.. got me thinking probably didnt check before ..) anything else was okay! big room ..near xcaret parks too.

The studio was very spacious and clean, the hotel was fresh, the parking was easily accessible

The location was good for our needs. We had our own car, and it was easy to get to all the places we wanted without fighting the worst of the traffic. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The parking was good, and the staff was very helpful. We will probably return now that we know how to control the air-con! The friends we went with have been many times, which says something.

The air-con controls are odd. You can't control the temperature from the room but have to phone reception, which didn't always work. The breakfast was okay, but the choice was Mexican or Mexican.

Breakfast could improve (not expecting a resort variety but quality could be better). Fridge was a bit noisy. Shower could change to “telephone”

Location is quiet but close to Playa del Carmen. Breakfast was varied. Nice size of the room.

The pool is very small and not inviting. Very little water in the shower.

I like the friendly staff in front desk and the breakfast buffet. The Wi-Fi worked fast, the entire hotel was very clean. Lots of towels, lots of kitchen gadgets and pots were available. Nice gym.

The Engineer is poor. The kitchen top stove does not work properly. Please change the clock in the gym. It was hot in our room # 227. You need to offer a standing fan to your customers.

It was comfortable, it felt safe enough and it was a clean room.

The carpet in the main corridor was dirty and needed vacuuming. I was there for 7 nights and only the part by the elevator was cleaned. Please pay more attention to the corridor carpet as well.

The location is very convenient for us (visiting family while staying close to the city center. The rooms are large and very comfortable, the mattress is very good, and you feel safe. The people at the front desk is friendly.

The breakfast wasn't that good still not bad for 1 or few more days. Anyway, I have to say that more personnel at the restaurant look stress and aren't helpful - I have the impression that are short staffed.

Buffet was fine.

I couldn’t take anything from the buffet to the room for my wife. She was mobility issues in the morning. Bringing food and a tea helps.
