United StatesSignage for most everything was non existent. Had to ask where the spa and pool bathrooms were. Never knew where the Mexican and Asian restaurants were until the last day. A better property map or signage would be nice. Also, Noise going down our hall was very loud.

United StatesRoom service times were way too long, food was average, steakhouse was not worth the visit (think rubbery lobster), hardly any outlets in the room, gym facility was way too warm (didn’t have to workout to sweat like crazy).
The only reason I gave 9 stars instead of 10 is because the food is just average and room service took way too long. Everything else was excellent and this will be our first choice when we return. This resort is beautiful. The staff is friendly, facilities are updated and clean, everything is easy and convenient. Housekeeping services were terrific as was the in-room fridge and bar. Room service wasn’t great because the windows to order were two hours away, but other services were fast. I called a couple of times (extra pillows etc) and they picked up right away and were to our room within 15-20 minutes max. We loved the spacious and beautiful pools- so easy to find places to sit/lay out, pool service was good, poolside bar was fast, pool was excellent temperature, just stunning. Views were gorgeous and loved the screen on the patio so we could sleep with the window open. WiFi was good, lighting was good, room was very nice and the small studio was plenty of room for two of us. Decent (but small and HOT) gym.

United StatesOur room was on the 1st floor with the garden. When we got to our room it spelled like mold so bad. I am very allergic to mold. I went to the desk and was treated very poorly by multiple staff members including the managers. Thankfully a staff member who was showing us a new room could see that it was bad, and got us a new room on the second floor. It was better but not great. They need to do something about the mold it’s really bad.

United StatesWhen we checked in, they gave us a room that was occupied by another couple. They upgraded us to a suite, but it was located right next to the coffee shop and we heard banging on the walls at all hours of the day. Kept us awake at night/morning.
The steakhouse was ok. The lobster rizzoto was not fully cooked and the gravy on the steak was not very good. Other restaurants were good.

CanadaThe bedside electrical outlet did not function, had someone in to fix but short-lived. The wifi in the room did not function in the sitting area or on the patio. Had to sit on the bed or go to a lounge. Had to take a taxi to go into town, would have preferred a location withing walking distance. The resort had Rui parties, they were very noisy as my room was close to the location. The evening ones kept me awake even with earplugs.
The food was very good, the specialty restaurants were good to excellent. No problem finding a place by the pool or in the lounges. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
