The staff were really nice and accommodating. The property was extremely clean!! Everywhere!! The food was amazing, I absolutely loved the variety and the different choices of restaurants located right on the property. The pool entertainment was the high light. The drinks and food on demand was like room service outside of your room. I would definitely return!! Best vacation I’ve had in a longtime. I didn’t wanna leave lol

A little more options for food, a club at the property would’ve been nice to have. Maybe a little more activities to do at the resort. But was still a nice place to stay.

They decorated our room for our Anniversary, Left us chocolate covered strawberries and wine in our room. All the workers were pleasant and friendly.

Food was average and did not stand out, however i was able to accommodate my diet with every meal. I understand the pools really mainly everywhere but that was still a downside. There also could’ve been more shows in the theatre.

We had a wonderful experience at the Riu Palace Kukulkan. The staff were the highlight of our stay. Pools were never too crowded and clean. Most of the resort restaurants were good.

Riu Palace was a perfect place to relax with three swimming pools, gym and a selection of delicious restaurants to choose from. The staff a Riu Palace were incredibly friendly and helpful.

That the pool wasn’t open long enough. And, that we had to go to another resort to enjoy all the evening activities. Adults resort should have our OWN POOL ENTERTAINMENT @ nite by the pool.

Just a lot of seaweed in that area of the beach this time of year. Not the hotel's fault, they do their best to clear it out periodically. Just mostly for awareness if you plan on going in July. Allegedly, the beach gets much nicer in August.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We didn't get the elite club options, but the standard fare was more than enough for us. All of the options for dinner were great, especially if you prefer to eat earlier dinners - you can avoid the wait. The pools are nice and warm and also not very deep. Evening shows and events are varied and a lot of fun. There's a lot of variety across the acts. The location is a great spot to take day trips from, too. You'll have no issues getting taxis to and from the main areas of Cancun or pickup sites for a lot of tours. It's also really close to La Isla shopping center and other entertainment. The view was gorgeous. Even though there was some seaweed for this time of year, the beach cleared up after a couple of days. It would have been perfect if the beach area was more like Playa Norte at Isla Mujeres, but that's a short day trip and easy to find a nice beach day if you really want to see clea waters. Overall, we had an amazing stay.

the food at the specialty restaurants were okay. the buffet was actually better. I usually find it opposite. the steakhouse and asian was meh.

the beach was beautiful for most days, except for the seaweed on a day or two. the turtles came to the beach to lay eggs at night which was amazing to see. most of the staff were very nice.
