Hotel needs more staff at the beach to serve drinks faster and on time. Although it wasn't that big of a deal for me since the bar is close.

The price is right for what you get out of it. Will come back in a near future.

The beach was basically unusable, and much of the hotel smelled as a result of the sargassum seaweed. Whereas this isn't the hotel's fault, I feel that they could have offered something to comprlensaye for the situation. Hotel food was very variable in quality. It felt like someone was constantly trying to upset me on additional services, and there was little offered to link guests to the local town and facilities.

The room was good, and the general hotel layout was good. I enjoyed the swim up bar.

The beach was full of sea weed (maybe because of the season). They have other restaurants but the menues are pre-disposed, and the variety of options was minimum. For being a 5 star they did not have any items you may have forgoten and need like tootpaste or razor.Actually they have nothing to offer, the front desk told me the items were sold at 7Eleven. The Beach and pool side servers do not tend to the people, I only saw them picking up empty cups. If you wanted anything you had to go and stand on a line at the bar and get it yourself.

The Buffet restaurant was the best they offered a lot of food options. The pools were awesome, nice warm water. Activities were very entertaining.

The lunch buffet is really limited for 7 days of all inclusive, after a few days you get a little tired. But, everything tastes really good.

It was a great hotel. What we needed for friends and family to reunite. All inclusive. The meals and buffet are really good. Service in general and facilities are exactly what you need and clean.

Food and restorants is perfect. and without reservation. This is realy best hotel. Pools is big enough. Wather is very hot. and covered parking is big and safe. There is no mosquito at all. Staff is very polite.

The only criticism I have is that the gym is a bit small and has outdated equipment

The staff were exceptional, particularly the amazing Isis and Jess in RIU land kids club - our daughter fell in love with them and we greatly appreciated the care and affection they showed her. Facilities are excellent, everything is exceptionally clean. The food was also well above our expectations- very good. The bar staff are great, and the staff around the pool areas are brilliant at keeping everyone fit and entertained.

Kids pool was very basic and play equipment outdated. Could do with some play equipment for older children.

I booked on here and when got there they said it didnt match the kids age and charged me another $800 which I had to deal with when got back tot he states and got back that refund.

Great location and property as well as the food buffet options throughout the day is large and fresh. Great for family and kids which have a huge pool for kids next to the adult ones as well as things to do with kids throughout the day.

Food menu could be changed up a little through the week.

I loved that there were plenty of lounge chairs with or without shade and you never had to reserve. The restaurants were decent and no reservations needed. Drinks were not top shelf but were readily available and they had the booze cart brought throughout the lounge areas. Rooms were clean clean clean and had no complaints. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Entertainment was varied and quite good. Easy check in.

The matress was super soft and had a little bit of back pain. The birds in the restaurantes disgusted me.

I loved the place. Really clean bedroom and I got an amazing upgrade. I was in tower 5 and it was really calm, no noises. Good food variety. I will be definitely coming back to this hotel!

Steakhouse!!! Could not eat steaks so so tough…ribs and fish very good in steakhouse everything except the steaks. Italian restaurant acoustics are way to loud for a sit down restaurant. Soften the environment . I thought the property had to many buffet style dinners. Needs more sit down dinners from start to end
