So many things I didn’t like and that is the reason why I won’t go back here. I decide to book this place since I wanted to travel with my family my from my point is not 100% for families. - they children’s pool is so far from adults pool - They might provide more frequency of transportation to the beach. They use only one car from 8 am to 6pm. So, it is almost impossible to go dinner to another RIU Yucatan. - The beach is a bit far - Is not allowed to ask towels in Riu Yucatán if you’re staying in Riu tequila. So, basically if you forget to ask in Riu tequila you’ll have to go back and it will take about 20-25 minutes walking - They don’t help you with your luggage if you’re taking a taxi to leave - There are many black birds eating fruits in a restaurant which seems to be a bit dangerous for health - The hotel looks a bit old. They should make an update

Rooms are not very confortable and there was a lot of noise at any time of the day and night. It was impossible to sleep quietly. I reported this to the staff and they said it was “normal”.

Room was a bit dingy, like very worn in so there were stains on the walls etc. beds were Cindy but it was only sheets they have on it- you absolutely needed the extra heavier blankets. Food and drinks were meh at best - we ended up eating in town a lot bc the food at the hotel was bland. Definitely ask for the better liquors offered in place of the well liquors they use for Marga pins coladas etc

Great location, lots to do at the resort itself. Loves having beach access and being able to go to the other pools etc. rooms are spacious with big balconies. Very easy to get a taxi from and going into the town is quick and easy. Great breakfast!

We were pleasantly surprised an art the value for our $$$. The food was wonderful and plentiful with many choices. Location was superb in a gated neighborhood called Playacar. Walkable to everything. I did not care for the color scheme in the rooms. I felt it look dated although recently renovated.

The food was average in quality.

We liked the location of the hotel, RIU hotels were next door and all the hotel services were free to use. The hotel had friendly staff and many different restaurant options. It was nice to watch coatis in the hotel area. The rooms were clean and the fridge was constantly stocked.

A bit too loud around the adult pool areas (but it's ok if you don't stick by the pool). I would have preffered to have better drinks options (better quality drinks).

The food is overall good, with plenty options to chose from at every meal. The resort while not on the beach has an easy access and is worth it for the better pricing compared with the beachfront similar resorts.

The staff were professional and friendly. The food variety was excellent. The beach is absolutely gorgeous! Even though it’s not a water front resort the beach is very close and it’s easily accessibly through a very cute and specially designated path walk. As well as there is an options to take resort cart that will take you to the beach and back.

The food, we were intoxicated, we don’t know if it happened because of something we ate. It was after 2 days of stay. On the other hand, it hadn’t much variety after some days there you don’t know what to eat. The food in the thematic restaurants is very similar to the one in the main buffet. In the middle of our stage they charged us an extra cost because they said the ages of the kids were not being informed properly by Booking, and both of my kids appeared as babies. I remembered putting the ages right in the app when I booked the property. We assumed the consequences of someone else’s mistake. We chose the hotel because it was cheaper comparing we others of the same punctuation, but we ended paying maybe more.

I liked the room and the pools. Riuland was really nice for the kids.
