The bathroom is really dirty, smells bad, lots of things are broken or do not work. The rest of the place is also pretty run down and dirty.

There's only one room for bathing and using the toilet and it's very tight, there's not much sense of privacy (i mean it's a hostel but still, the curtains for the bunk bed didn't cover all the gaps, for example, and it's a lil hot in the rooms)

If you’re looking for quiet this is not the spot. It’s noisy till late at night because it’s beside a restaurant / bar. You can barely use the washroom without your knees touching the door. The staff were friendly and nice though.

super small bathroom... crazy small... you are literally sitting next to the other person and the people brushing their theets... the beds are sooo old and looks rotten... shady people living there, i prefer to not come back to sleep and loose my monney....

The stairs to the rooftop where my bed was were so narrow I had to turn sideways to go up. The outlet by the bed wouldn't hold my phone charger and it kept falling out. The kitchen was a mess but I wasn't using it. The shared bathroom was so tiny that when a guy was using the sink I couldn't get into the toilet stall without touching him and sliding my whole body against the door. I only stayed one night because my travel plans changed.

Loose wires overhead in the bed. Very outdated/misleading photos. They have no towels -had to wait until the following day to buy a towel and shower. 1 toilet for men 1 toilet for women. Cramped. Not dirty, but a bit old and shabby. Beds were left unchanged for days after other guests checked out of the room and only changed when new guests were about to arrive. WiFi constantly down. They clearly stopped caring long ago.

The facilities were disgusting, the bathroom was awful and shower cubicles very small and mouldy. The room we stayed in was on the roof, had an awful, pungent smell. Shared a room with a small dog/rat. Staff weren’t overly helpful. They were very stingy with toilet paper, which was super weird.

this was a nightmare. I've been trying to contact customer service for WEEKS and no response. I did not stay in the room, i handed back the keys as the room was extremely hot and stuff, had NO FAN (one was advertised) and not only that, the room had no method of locking it to the outside world. It was literally possible for anyone to enter whenever they wanted. I did not feel safe leaving my stuff there.

Noisy, no proper windows in the dorm, so it feels like sleeping in the common area. The staff doesn’t take care to pay attention to this. Two people talking in the kitchen is audible literally everywhere, even on the rooftop. The bunk beds are moving. The showers are no proper showers. I don’t get how Latin people can even fit inside. The showers are for slim people only! Even if they could arrange it better, as they would have the space needed.

It was extremely dirty. The dorm had only a curtain to separate from the Kitchen. Despite having 24h reception, noone was at the reception early morning (for half an hour), and the door was locked with a key. So had to jump off the balcony on 1st floor to not be late for my flight.
