Cozy and clean hotel. Welcoming staff.

Breakfast could be improved as far as it concerns continental breakfast (though the Mexican one it is very good).

This property is female owned and managed. Absolutely beautiful. Well appointed and decorated in the public spaces and the rooms. The pool was warm and very clean. Fresh pool and shower towels upon request. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious, made to order and as much as you want. It’s one of the newest hotels in town with good plumbing and strong AC. Beautiful rooftop lounge area. Located near town and safe to walk even at night. Reception is helpful and it felt very safe.

    Nothing! Would stay again.

    location

way overprice for offered facilities. Rooms very small, with shower "inserted" in the room, windows open to a common patio so no privacy

Ran out of bread for toast. Would have liked a non-egg based option for protein.

Clean, spacious rooms. Nice swimming pool, rooftop veranda and shaded reading, relaxing areas.

Staff were a little bit quiet, didn't interact with guests much.

Location is ideal Terrific staff-friendly, helpful Very good breakfast Comfortable beds with very nice linens

Room should have a mini fridge (handy for travelers) as advertised. Coffee in room is not very good. Pool is very cold...no one using it (I stayed elsewhere down the street and pool was heated...terrific after a day of traveling!)

    Property response:

Thanks for your feedback and we’re glad you enjoyed our great breakfast service, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We’re sorry your room wasn’t equipped with a mini-fridge as expected, as we were in the process of replacing the previous one which developed a leak in the cooling mechanism that we were unable to repair. Our apologies that you were not informed of this on your arrival. Eight months of the year the weather in Loreto is so warm that our guests look forward to a cool refreshing dip in our pool at the end of a long day under the sun. Unfortunately as we are a small hotel and energy in Mexico is about three times as expensive as in the US, it is not economical for us to heat the pool in the winter, when the cooler windier weather means using our (outdoor) pool doesn’t seem to be so enticing for most of our guests, heated or not.

The room was great and over looked the pool. Breakfast was an a la carta menu which was good. Location was great, close to the promenade, restaurants and cafes.

The breakfast was excellent and included fresh fruit and a menu for freshly made hot foods. The hotel was as very quiet and only a short walk to the malecón.

The room, while comfortable, was very small with no place to open a good-sized suitcase.

The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the town plaza in one direction and about three blocks from the bay area. It is clean, small and cute. It covers the basic needs for an overall enjoyable stay.

The breakfast although good, is very very limited to eggs, quesadillas, beans, coffee and a limited selection of fruit. The staff while respectful, not very friendly (except for the person at the front desk who was very helpful and attentive). The hotel is small and so is the pool. We were lucky to have it for ourselves, but can't imagine how it is when the hotel is fully booked.
