I did not like the fact that the hotel did not provide free transportation for us from the airport to the hotel and we had to pay extra for it. Not a good thing.

The reservations only restaurants were not staffed for a facility of this size and reservations were not friendly. The food was adequate but left a lot to be desired. The salsa and traditional Mexican cuisine left a lot to be desired. The only good salsa was in morning on buffet, tortillas were not readily available, keep it simple at times. There were children screaming in the halls of the hotel at all hours. Add evening music (DJ or band) give adults a place to unwind. Renovate Lobby Restroom (get rid of the club salespeople).

The food was good and facilities very nice. Staff was attentive.

Too dark of lighting in hotel room. The soft sale for the newest addition of the lighthouse wasn't what we expected at all. Considering they passed off the salesman as a concierge. Also only app use for reaching hotel staff yet told it had or could be hacked. No blankets couldn't get one and never found the ice machine. We figured out the archaic coffee machine. Coffee was good though. Last day of housekeeping was subpar but oh well guess they knew we were leaving. Probably won't return to this resort anytime in the future.

The high pressure to become an exclusive member is “too much.” There was some mold in the shower and the food could be better, it’s the same thing over and over.

The property has a very good location, near many shopping areas and restaurants. The staff as amazing!

Overall, the drinks were great, but I wish there were more options and better options of wine. It was also a bummer that adults could not go down the big waterslides. Also, we requested connecting rooms when we booked this resort and were very disappointed that they could not accommodate us in connecting rooms. It seems there are a very limited number of connecting rooms at this resort.

The resort was very clean and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The size of the resort was perfect as well. Not too big and not too small. Plenty of entertainment which kept my kids ages 4, 8, and 10 occupied all day long. My oldest enjoyed the beach volleyball games at 11am and 3pm daily. The waterpark was a big hit with my younger 2 kids. We also attended the show every evening and they were all fantastic.

This is a family friendly resort, so if kids and the noise that comes with them is not your thing then you'd be happier elsewhere. But the adult only pool is calm and relaxing so you can avoid the music and games if you like.

The facility and everyone on the staff was great. Food and drink options were available all day. Having an adult only pool was important to us. We really liked that the pool water was clear, refreshing, and seemed not chlorinated.

Questionable cleanliness of pool area and buffet/Cafe Solaris. Gym is smaller but not many people go here for that. Tables in lobby were not wiped up. Zumba was cancelled.

Hotel rooms were clean, food at the restaurants were great, basic but had everything we needed. We enjoyed water aerobics and the water filter stations. Good vibes compared to more expensive resorts next door.

The food at Pancho restaurant is not as good as expected. Did not get help from the staff while bringing our luggage from the Uber drop off area. Beach is not swimmable. Pool area is crowded in the middle of the day.

Location. Close to San Jose del Cabo and close to shops and restaurants. Very good housekeeping staff. Nice concierge. Very good buffet restaurant. They allow us to use facilities even after we did check out for our flight was not until 6 PM. Beautiful sunset. Coffee was not good. Beautiful sunrise.

To use the restaurants you need to book but alway are full. The menu on the buffet can have may more food. Some ice cream or crepes will be good.

Is a good place to spend time with family. The hotel is more focused in family with kids because they have a little water park for them. The food is acceptable and the drinks are good. All the staff are very kind.

Drinks were mostly mixers (very light on alcohol; seems they could have made "regular" drinks for the all-inclusive price); walls between rooms were paper thin and at times neighbors got quite loud.

Breakfast was always great; most other dining also good; late poolside special lunches/grills were awesome!

Not much, it’s what you see is what you get. We’re not huge fans of any all inclusive buffet, so as planned we are out often. Great options nearby. Beach drink service wasn’t great unless Daniel was working, such a great soul!

Our shiwer room is clogged and the sink room 543 And just for an advice for the good of the hotel and restaurant , just pls lower the salt of some of the food in the buffet mostly salty pls taste it esp . The soup just saying for the improvement..but the rest are good and perfect..highly recommend

I found the bed was quite hard and the food at the a la cart restaurants was just ok, missing the wow factor. The gym was sufficient but a lot of equipment was broken.

The buffet was nice, the hotel itself was very clean. The location is fantastic. Friendly helpful staff.

Check in experience. Pressure to get you to sign up for a tour to buy a VIP package. Personal concierge doesn't respond to messages when they realize you have no interest in buying Check in/out staff not as friendly as I would like. Late check out room was offered but then withdrawn. Attitude of staff wasn't good Booking process for the a la carte restaurants needs a rethink

Not a swimmable beach. I mean, you can, but it's not safe. Every time could be your last. We got an Uber and used Chilleno public beach or Padilla public beach instead. I was very upset with the hotel for having a non-swimmable beachfront.

I like the staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The restrooms were super clean. The restaurants were delicious with great service. My personal thanks to Alex from the buffet. I kindly asked him to do something for my wife and daughter's birthdays, and he and his coworkers were amazing. This was one of the best birthday surprises for my wife and the next day for my daughter. Again, the staff is amazing; there is almost no room for improvement. Oh yes, two more amazing waiters: David from Pancho's and Aaron from the buffet. Very nice people.

Suddenly there are more restaurants and food options. I would like a place that only serves desserts, including ice cream, I had to go outside to buy one. The drinks are not very fine. The New Year's Eve dinner and the show were excellent.

Good location next to the beach. Waiters, workers and servers always in a good attitude. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
