United StatesThe room was terrible. Refrigerator was iced over inside. No hot water at the sink to wash your hands. Had to ask for towels every day. Locked out after 1 pm every day because we were told that’s when the system automatically updates even if you’re staying multiple days. The air conditioner wouldn’t work, there was an AC wall switch, but the man had to come and use a pen on the unit to reset it because it was broken. We couldn’t control the temperature, so at night we’d get so cold and turn the switch off, but then couldn’t switch it on again in the afternoon. Also the light above table switch was broken and couldn’t use. Had to Pay a deposit for towels, never got a washcloth to wash my face. Had to pay a deposit for a remote to use the tv. Restaurant only had buffet, so you couldn’t just order a tea and toast in the morning.
The outside was nice and i liked the security gate.

United Statesthe lack of communication, I reserved 2 double rooms for my family, we were going to have a late check in so I called a little bit after 7pm to let them know I was going to be late and they said my reservation canceled at 7pm and that if I wanted to guarantee the rooms I needed to pay through a web side they were sending me, I waited and waited and never received the website to pay, I called them back and they told Me not to worry that they were still trying to send it and till this day I never received the website to pay the rooms, so I made reservations through booking at a different hotel (which was a lot nicer and I left them an excellent review) and I had no issues what’s so ever.
