Staff is cheerful and functionally bilingual. The room was good-sized and everything worked. The breakfast was made-to-order and serving hours were wide. Terrace is a pleasant, quiet feature.

We slept well, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Close, walking distance to everything in the Centro. Recommend the buen día omelette for breakfast and the hotcakes, delicious.

If they had a fridge in the room or for guests use it would be wonderful! They did let us keep a few drinks in the fridge in the kitchen however, but considering the heat in the summer I really need my own fridge for my wine and cheese. The AC didnt work well in our room the first night. We were able to switch to another room the next day. its a bit of a walk to someplaces from here but its very manageable you are still within the city.

This is our second stay here. The pool is wonderful to come home to in the afternoons, and it is covered at night so the water does not cool off too much. We also make use of the Jacuzzi on the roof. Breakfast is made to order every morning.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was very helpful whenever we had questions or needed help with anything. The made to order breakfasts were wonderful! The facility was also very clean.

No floor mat so slippery to get out of shower. No soap holder in shower. No glass for drinking water. Reading light over bed did not work.

The room was really dark and small. Also, there were lot of small blinking lights that were disturbing for sleeping (router, TV, key card holder). The bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location is perfect and you can easily reach the old city center walking. In the morning, we could choose from a big variety of breakfast options and the ones we tried were delicious.

The shower took quite awhile to heat up to my preferred temperature.

Mexican customs at the airport accidentally forgot to return me my passport after completing some paperwork. the girl at the front desk went out of her way to call them to find out about my passport. Thank you immensely, you saved me a lot of worrying, time and money. Breakfast was awesomely delicious and I wish for more of it! Location was good for sightseeing and friends recommended a very good restaurant just a block away.

Our double bed room next to the reception was not dark due to the lack of ability to darken the roof window (no other window), it was loud due to other guests being noisy and the in-room wifi access point was inconveniently placed so the blinking lights annoyed us the whole night also the mattresses were rather hard. Parking is two blocks away in a public parking garage (at least for free)

Breakfast was very delicious and generous with multiple servings of orange juice and coffee. The location is great.

Had to check various rooms for a firm bed, get extra pillows. Two different times we needed to alert the front desk that there was no hot water available, otherwise the shower was good with plenty of pressure. We were told of the open times for the pool and hot tub however neither appeared usable. Did not find out until the end of our four night stay that we needed to ask for the hot tub to be filled. While we speak some Spanish, none of the staff were English speakers. Just an FYI

Very walkable to all sites in the historic Center. Very clean. Good breakfast, options cooked to order.

The pool very dirty The Jacuzzi was empty. The rooms were very dark with a lot of dust. The bathrooms have mold and hair on it disgusting ,They were bedbugs in the bed. They move us to a different room, but it was a very loud all night. The beds are horrible in general. It was a very bad experience the picture they show in the advertise is completely different in reality

I have read other reviews that say really good things about this hotel but I think it must have gone downhill since those were written. There is nothing terrible about this place but they definitely need to pay more attention to details such as not enough towels or toilet paper, dead planters, and empty fountains and hot tubs. The front desk staff needs to be more knowledgeable. WIFI was not great.

Poor room amenities. No refrigerator, safe, iron or ironing board, tissues, window to the outside world. No share over pool nor poolside seating. The staff were pleasant but not apparently empowered.

Pool and spa. Breakfast was good, well presented by a pleasant, competent woman.
