The sliding door as an entrance door. The overly busy vibe at check in. The not so hot shower water.

I wasn’t a fan of the sliding glass door as the only entrance door, especially since the locks was very difficult to manage and didn’t completely latch . There was a gap. This was true of other sliding glass door entrances, as a neighboring guest helped me with my door lock. The staff was not responsive when I mentioned this.

I love coming to the Santa Fe hotel year after year. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. Our room has a kitchen and is very clean. Thank you to Patricia for always keeping it clean for us and providing extra pillows as needed. They have delicious restaurants. Cecilia gives you excellent services. I really enjoy the pool. Pedro Perez was so kind to adjust the jacuzzi temperature for us.

We loved the pool and the fact that it was heated was absolutely great for the time of the year (march) it was too cold to swim in the sea or unheated pools. The garden was gorgeous and the rooms were extremely comfortable.

The bed in the studio room is very small and uncomfortable. At best the size of the bed was a double - more likely a 3/4 size- very small for 2 people. The rooms on the 2-4 floors have no outside sitting space. The pool and hot tub area can become quite crowded and noisy.

Centrally located and had a nice outside area, complete with tables and chairs, hot tub and pool. They checked the chemicals in the pools every day to ensure cleanliness. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are large with a mini kitchen and living/dinning room. The bed was a little soft, but not bad. I still had a good nights sleep. Though we didn't use the pool, we liked it. We rented a car to get around as this location is at the end of the town. The parking had security and was easy to get to from the hotel. Overall, the hotel was a very good value for what we received.

Restaurant service at breakfast was a bit slow. The burritos served at lunch were excellent. The hotel is not in the older historic part of Loreto. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to reach the pedestrian promenade.

Very nice hotel. We had the "family apartment" on the 5th floor. It was very spacious; 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. This exceeded our expectations.

Only had 4 kitchen chairs so we used a couple off the deck.

Beds were comfortable. 3 bedroom worked out great for 6 couples and we enjoyed the privacy and large private deck area. Kitchen was well equipped but we only needed to use it for breakfast and snacks.

The only thing that i can saw was the locking mechanism on my room door was pretty bad. It worked but if you be opened a a small amount before the look engaged. Secure but not the best. No secondary lock on the inside either. But i felt safe and it wasn’t a problem

The pool hours are from 10 am to 9 pm. I wished the hours would stay open longer.

I love this hotel. I have been coming to Loreto yearly and this hotel has been the best one overall. Each room has a dining room and kitchen. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The pool and jacuzzi are always clean and warm water. We love the fact that we can get drinks and they deliver to the room or pool. The hotel has a restaurant attached to and the hotel with excellent food. Especially chilaquiles and pizza are highly recommended. We found the perfect hotel for our family.

Mexico are my roots as an American-Mexican. The Hotel is very clean and the feeling of being in a small mission town. It has a restaurant to eat all day service, a super market store in the same space, pool, jacuzzi to relax from a long active day. The Staff Camilo, Eva, Bryan, Laura, and many others in the reception area very kind and pleasant for all you needs, even when you book at the last minute in person. Very warm attentive pleasant staff. I recommend this Hotel to any who wants to see the amazing town of beautiful people in Loreto! Safe Travels

Some of the rooms are separated from another room by just a wooden door, through which sound travels very easily. Our neighbors had young children and babies that were loud late into the night which is something to consider. Earplugs are definitely recommended for sleeping. Also, it is about a 20 minute walk to the main city/waterfront but what you give up for in proximity you will save in outdoor noises from the Malecon throughout the night.

The staff were all very friendly. Our room was cleaned daily and we had a nice kitchen and fridge in our suite that allowed us to cook some meals in the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and central temperature control allowed us to change the temperature to our comfort.

The wifi was weak - perhaps too many guests using simultaneously?

This is our favorite hotel in Baja. Every detail has been addressed perfectly. The room was large, the beds comfortable, the bathroom great, and the AC working well. The pool and hot tub are lovely, and having the restaurant on site is a bonus. Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful.
