The location is a bit further away from the centre of town when walking than I expected but we really enjoyed the easy parking so it's not really a negative just something to be aware of.

Huge very comfy room. The pool area was lovely and private. The staff though it was a bit more difficult to communicate as their English was limited were very friendly and helpful.

There is no onsite restaurant/breakfast. This didn’t bother us but it’s something to be aware of.

Lovely big room with kitchen facilities and a terrace. We were really comfortable and the hosts were super friendly. There is free parking and the room was great value. It’s in a quiet part of town on the outskirts but within walking distance of a good restaurant and little shops.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Beautiful garden with nice swimming pool. Room was very big, very pretty, good airconditioning, fridge, comfortable bed. Shower was medium, toilet had some issues, however very clean and including hairdryer and towels. Place is just like the photos.

location in Valladolid was good. Very nice staff. rooms were big and clean. bed was soft and comfortable. surprise bonus of items in minibar as well as bottle of wine and candies at check-in! Parking was super easy and convenient. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice. really excellent place to explore the area. it is a little far from downtown, but its an easy walk, and there is plenty of cheap parking downtown if you don't want to drive. close to a supermarket and the entrance to the highway. would stay again

The staff are very friendly and hospitable and the property itself was beautiful. Especially loved the pool area, it’s small but very peaceful. The location is good - a five minute taxi and 20 minute walk into Valladolid Centro.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The swimming pool is beautiful and perfect for the hot weather. The staff is super friendly. The location was perfect for us: close enough to the center so that you can do everything walking, far enough to be in a quiet area. The neighborhood is nice as well.

Spacious suites within walking distance to Centro. Location is quiet and convenient. A plaza with a bank and grocery store is within 5 minutes walking distance. Best of all was the staff. They helped organize taxis so that I could tour Ek Balam and Chichen Itza. Thanks to Cristina, Brenda, Mageli, and Yuli. They were truly a delight. I enjoyed returning to the hotel to chat with them.

Hospitality is on point! Very friendly staff. Cristina is a sweetheart lady that welcome us with open arms. They even left food and beverage on the fringes for us. Also the room has a coffee machine that is super handy. Very nice room with lots of space. Quite area and walking distance from the center. We felt safe and could relax with our car parked in front of the hotel. The parking has cameras as well. All the hotel is new and comfortable. We stayed two nights and slept like a baby :)

It's a little far from the centre of town but to be honest it's only 15min on foot and you can get a taxi back for 40 pesos. We also ended up getting a scooter to explore the cenotes and local towns so it was really perfect.

The rooms are very big, as were the beds. The pool area is beautiful at night. It feels safe.

The wifi was spotty in our room and the shower pressure was really weak if you wanted to have any hot water

Beautiful and spacious room that smelled lovely! The sheets were like silk and the bed was really comfortable and big. The pool was nice to relax at and the rest of the premise was a really serene atmosphere with all the plants. We got a welcome gift (bottle of wine) as a surprise which was really nice. Overall we had an amazing stay here and felt really at home.

It was perfect.

It was out from the center of town so it was less noisy. The staff was so personable that it felt like family. It was the best the best hot shower I had in Mexico. The room was spacious with many windows. It was spotlessly clean with a lovely outdoor space where we had our breakfast. The kitchen fit our needs. We could park our car on the property so it was very convenient.

Unfortunately the location is far from everything in the centre. Recommend renting a scooter or a car whilst staying here

We would like to have had a blanket on the bed, in addition to the top sheet. It was late when we checked in, and perhaps we should have gone back to the desk to ask. I am sure they could have accommodated us but just walking in, I was surprised.

To be honest, when we pulled down the street, we wondered where we'd booked ourselves! It seemed off the beaten path and it was after dark. However, once inside, it was very beautiful and staff was friendly, despite the language barrier. We arrived late and left early so we did not get to enjoy the property enough for much relevant review. Always my top priority, the water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent.

Na - it’s not that far from town as some say. About 15-20 minute walk from the main square and very easy.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Super friendly staff and the pool was nice for a quick relaxing afternoon after a morning out. Also, the town is so charming and worth a visit!
