It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the beautiful setting and the proximity of the pools to the beach. We are, however, very sorry to read that your culinary experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconsistencies you encountered with room service and our pool/beach menu. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver, and your feedback has already been shared with our Executive Chef and Food & Beverage teams for review and improvement. We also regret any misunderstanding regarding the resort coupons. While they are indeed promotional credits offered for specific services (such as spa treatments, wine purchases, and romantic experiences), we understand how the presentation and prior communication may have felt misleading. Your comments will be forwarded to the appropriate teams to ensure clearer information is provided through all booking platforms and communication channels moving forward.
