This place surprised me. The furniture was outdated as some reviews mention but still beautiful place, clean, great service and great food with many many options. I would come back and stay. Not much to do around the area but the art area is really nice.

There really isn’t anything I could we didn’t like. Out of the restaurants the Italian was our least favorite but we are not big Italian food people to start off with.

The staff was always incredible!! I think that was one of the biggest highlights for this trip. No matter where we went or what we needed there was always someone offering help. We really enjoyed breakfast and the daily activities as well! We did the aqua aerobics and the tequila tasting! Can’t remember the guys’ names but the activity team does a really great job and are a really fun time! We just got home yesterday and already planning when to go back!

We didn’t know until we arrived that we weren’t allowed to swim in the ocean, but the beach walks were still nice.

The property was beautifully designed and landscaped, staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was quiet and comfortable, food & drinks were great, and we loved the pool and beach.

The biggest letdown was the wine selection—it just wasn’t great, especially for a resort of this caliber. A better variety and quality would really elevate the dining experience.

Secrets Cabo is an absolutely beautiful resort! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with breathtaking ocean views, elegant decor, and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel like you're on vacation. The resort is designed for relaxation, with gorgeous pools, luxurious rooms, and plenty of spots to unwind. The service was top-notch—everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The all-inclusive experience was seamless, with plenty of dining options and bars to enjoy. While the food was good, it could have been a bit better in terms of variety and quality. That said, the drinks were plentiful and free flowing, and the overall ambiance more than made up for it. If you're looking for a relaxing, adults-only escape with stunning views and a truly relaxing vibe, Secrets Cabo is the perfect destination. I can’t wait to visit again!

Looks a little Rundown in areas, cracked walls scuffed paint, etc. food was good but service at the Italian restaurant and oceana was very slow. People were nice lots of staff but food took forever. Ordering room service is quicker. Pool bottom was rough

You can not swim in the ocean, ever. Its too rough. Because of this, the pools were overcrowded and cloudy. My expedia credit was limited on how I could spend it, they were credits toward other services, and very limited. I ended up not using them. Without renting a car, you can not go anywhere else due to the resorts location, they do offer a trip to see the arts district, if you can get a reservation. All activities require reservations, so you can not just look at the daily schedule on the day of and make plans. I wish i would have known this prior.

The grounds are beautiful, the swimout was the best, especially since the pool was super crowded, which made it cloudy. The food was good and room service was great!

The pool gets pretty warm in the afternoon because it's baking in the sun all day, it would've been nice to have more shade options in the pool. The food at Portifino wasn't great but was still okay.

Everything was wonderful, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I was on crutches for my stay and they were always willing to bring me around the property in a golf cart. I never felt pressured to leave extra tip (though we still did). The pool is very fun and has a great swim up bar. We enjoyed watching the iguanas that live on the property as well! The Hibachi restaurant requires reservations but it was one of the highlights of our time there.

We were told we had a 400.00 dollar credit on our account. We did not realize it was the hold on our credit card and proceeded to use it. I think training on that would be helpful.

The majority of the staff did an amazing job. The facility was clean and well staffed. During our stay we experienced hurricane Norma. We received timely information and care.

Not enough staff & slow service at restaurants. Loud, obnoxious American clientele makes it feel like you’re on a cruise ship. Only a few hours of music per day at the pool - no vibe.

Coffee served at breakfast was only lukewarm on 3 tries. Coffee shop on site though made good & hot cappuccino etc. anytime.

Breakfast was a good buffet with options for special order omelets etc.
