A maintenance will be good, there were a couple lights that were not working, the TV was a bit old and not working well. THE MOST IMPORTANT, in my room there was a living room but no table for us to have dinner or eat, so we had to use the Burro de Planchar, and that the room I was in front of a Men's Bar, which was pretty noisy.

The place is really well located, pier and everything is walking distance, the staff is really nice, it is clean. The king suite was huge with good space.

The bathroom could have done with a refurbishment. The shower worked fine, it was just a little old and tired.

The hotel is on a busy main road going into San Lucas. Its very well positioned for getting around and for supermarkets and shops. It has a restaurant in the complex that's open from 7am -2pm that serves various breakfasts and lunches. The staff are friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned every day.

Would have appreciated a desk and chair. Our room was a double occupancy (2 beds) but no other furniture. Shelves and a rack for clothes okay.

A lovely traditional style building that is well maintained and fully adequate for our needs. Not posh, but so clean and comfortable. Close to businesses, restaurants, and downtown sights. The staff is friendly and welcoming; some speak English, but mostly Español. No worries, they have a translate app!

It could have included complementary breakfasts. The room had thin walls, which meant that we could hear the dogs barking outside, the people from the bar across the street being loud and even the strong wind blowing outside on a windy morning. The soaps and shampoos could have been better and bigger, although we got several new of them everyday.

The place is well located, close to the beach (5 blocks away), and convenient. The room was big and comfortable, exactly as in the pictures and according to everything said in the description.

There is no elevator, however a staff member helps carry luggage to the upper floors. The check-in at 3 pm on a Thursday was extremely crowded, took about 30 minutes since there was only one receptionist doing all the paperwork for each guest.

The location is very central to the Marina in Cabo. The room A/C worked well. There was a pool with some outdoor tables but the airconditioned lobby was very small.

The superior king room was clean, spacious, spare and comfortable. The shower had hot water with good pressure. Exterior noise was minimal. Wi-fi worked. Front desk staff were great. They stored out bags for the afternoon after check out.

The hot water didn't last very long but too be honest not many negatives at all about this hotel.

Perfect location, just far enough from the marina that we had peace and quiet but close enough to walk too. The staff were incredible and very helpful. Really good value for money and would stay again.
