Location is excellent, lots of Restaurants, Bars and Shops within a 5-10min walk. Room was big, comfortable beds. Pool on the Rooftop is nice Early check-in and late check-out were possible without extra cost.

The position is unbeatable at the staff is really attentive. I was not well on the first night and they immediately brought me more water and ensured I had more for the following days just in case. Exceptional customer care. They also found an amazing guide for us for some of the activities

The environment was beautiful. Gorgeous rooms and tranquil, well cared for garden. Staff was kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and answered all of our random questions about the area. The food and coffee were great.

Location was perfect. Accommodations charming/beautiful and as advertised. All the staff were super helpful before & during arrival to make the most of our stay. In particular the office manager, Adriana was helpful with booking a private tour for hierve el agua and taxi to airport. Breakfast at the facility was delicious. We hope to return!

The AC made a bit of a noise whenever it was on. I suggest carrying your own toiletries. they provided shampoo and conditioner but they didn't look appealing so I just used my own.

Beautiful and a very peaceful, serene location. I would visit this place again! It has a courtyard where I sat quite a few times during my stay. I could hear the birds chirping even in the middle of the day. At the same time, the location was within walking distance to all the places in centro. The room was clean and spacious enough for me. There was a closet, a lockbox, a desk and chair and the thing to dry my clothes on. The staff was very helpful. Open to questions and assisted me throughout my stay. I suggest taking a cab/collectivo from the airport itself to the hotel (there's a counter at the airport). However, the taxi ride back to airport can be booked through the hotel. They called me one, it arrived in less than 5 mins, convenient and pretty much the same price as hailing one down on the street. I made the payment directly to the taxi driver.

The location was great. We were able to walk to most locations, lots of shopping, cafes, restaurants very close by. The staff was incredibly helpful every step of the way and helped us book taxis for any excursions out of the city.

The breakfast starts at 08:00 and with a jetlag in mind it would have been appreciated if we could had have something earlier in the morning. The roof terras could have been better equipped and accommodated to have some drinks or other ways. You can taste and feel that the hotel is mainly visited by Europeaan and US visitors. The food and the restaurant options you get are more international than I prefer as I'm a hard core Mexican lover. But maybe that is a matter of taste :).

The hotel has a classic hacienda atmosphere with a beautiful courtyard that breaths peace and tranquility. The staff is dedicated, professional and kind. Perfect located in the centrum of the city.
