Many rooms do not have a window so that felt a bid "boxed in" although size of the room is good. Room service is indicated as 24/7 but there is no service on Sundays: and yes, we still have to update the info/menu folder.

Hotel is on a main road (but not the noise) so you have easy acces to differnts parts of the city. Breakfast is a "Mexican buffet" but you can order fried eggs if you want. Parking space in the basement garage is limited but they have extra space with locked gate just arround the corner.

The bathrooms; the one in the room had one of those glass doors that offer little to no privacy if not travelling alone. The one in the lobby was unisex, so it was a bit awkward...

The location is great, along a busy thoroughfare. They have plenty of parking options. The hotel seems either new or recently renovated. It has a restaurant, a gym and a meeting room in-house.

We had a room next to the gym, no one used it while we were there but we were afraid of getting bothered by the noise of the equipment used by the guests.

Accesible to public transportation, parking lot, in the Main Street of Leon.

The Bathroom should be more private, there is a private toilet room and a shower room but there is no privacy to undress before going into the shower. Otherwise everything was Outstanding !

The place has a good location and room comfort, I am satisfied with all the facilities. The service room is the best I waited for only 15 minutes. I know that this section is to claim a lack in the service but I am satisfied to select it. There is not any bad in Soleil Hotel. I will recommend it again ... please come to stay in Soleil

Evey was excellent since the reception and the personnel were very gentle and focused on your comfort. The room was perfectly cleaned and the TV, Air Conditioner, and hot water ... worked excellently. The breakfast food was well-prepared, varied, and delicious. The invoice service is through WhatsApp and they respond in less than 20 minutes... amazing. It was my second stay in Soleil and I highly recommend it.

Excellent staff. Room was gorgeous. 4th floor Dining was very nice with breakfast buffet at a good prices . Also had outside dining seating with overlook of the city 24 hour room service . Very clean. Had a gym available. Close to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased

I didn’t like the fact that when I initially booked it it said breakfast was included. Then I had a mishap the website froze then it did not allow me to double check , it gave me one bed ínsteme of 3. It didn’t give me breakfast I had to pay for it.

I really liked the staff, and how clean it was. The food was excellent. I had almost all my meals in the hotel.

The noise, a lot of noise between the rooms all day and all night, and also would be nice to have laundry room.

4th floor not for me.......too much hall noise down the hall for the Restaurant. Not complaining....Just a Footnote.

Coffee good and hot. Tried the buffet breakfast.......too much food for a light eater in the morning for me.

Don’t stay on the fourth floor because the restaurants right down the hallway and there’s a lot of noise coming from the restaurant.  I’m not complaining just a footnote.

Everything was excellent, the facility is very well designed and Soleil's personnel is focused on client satisfaction. Probably the TV channels because you need more variety,

I loved the place and location, excellent facility. I recommend selecting Soleil as your first option to stay at Leon, is near to the downtown, and easy to access the main streets at Leon. You will have lunch on the last floor and you choose between a seat indoors or outdoors... for me this experience was the best that I experienced because is very quiet, the personnel is very gentile and ready to support you. Double recommendation!
