Only close proximity to beach buses

Owner was having guests and drank tequila under our windows until 1:20 a.m. 10p.m. we asked kindly that we want to rest and he said ok, but continued. There is basically no windows (no glass) so you can't block any noise, just as you are sleeping outside. Can hear even everything what host family talks inside. It was not a last minute booking so the host knew well, that he shouldn't plan any parties, but still did and continued even after our asking to stop - total disrespect. One of the women even tried to smoke next to our window, but when I shouted "seriously?" she moved. Place is old and we do not recommend. Don't know how it still has this average rating, really.

Biktor was a super host, very friendly and had good recommendations for us. He was ready to help for anything and willing to make your stay be as good as possible.

The apartment was in area with pretty empty streets so he recommended us not to walk at night/evening, but you could easily take uber wherever you wanted to go for a cheap price so it was really worth it.

High speed wi-fi, excellent air-conditioner, free detergent, comfortable sleeping bed.

Bed sheets are old.

Landlord was trying to help with anything. He took us to the supermarket by taxi, showed us different kind of products, explained a lot. That was very interesting and useful! In the room was refrigerator, other kitchen staff.

Loved the host and his wife! They made our staying lovely! And the location was good, near to the local bus that can take you to the beaches. Nice and clean rooms with ac available. Loved this airbnb!

The kitchen could have been more equipped, but if we would have asked the host he would probably fixad something for us.

Water in the shower clogged up

Nothing, i was inside less than 1 hour then i left and booked another one. I have lost of my money, my time, my mood to be in Mexico. Owner maybe kind but the place does not give any happiness

No toilettes door, No 110V-220V transformation - u wont be able to use electricity if u come from EU. , No privacy, No refund.? This is a renovated hole. Please give me back my money..

Very pleasant stay , 20min walk from beaches, big shopping center 10min away . Bus station also nearby . The host was very helpful and friendly overall for the price the value is through the roof . Highly recommend

The host was really nice and friendly and wifi worked well. I appreciated that we could park our car on the property and that there was a fridge in the room. The location is pretty convenient, it is approximately a 30 min walk to the Isla Mujeres ferry.

When we arrived around 10pm we found that no one was expecting us and our room was not cleaned, despite the fact that I texted the host a day before to let him know our approximate arrival time. However, the host was really nice and cleaned the room while we went out to get some food. The room was really clean but we didn't like the bed that was kind of smelly, especially the pillows. Also the shower wasn't really good, it had a terrible pressure and sometimes we would only get cold water. Also the room is located at the back of the house and there is quite a mess around it.

The room is alright, passable, clean and it's unbeatable for the price and location.

The instalations outside the room were messy, not dirty, but messy. It's an extra service room in the owner's house, however, we expected a more presentable place. Also, there is no door for the bad room, just a courtain.

I spent a few very pleasant days in this small renovated studio. It's a bit out of the way, but a 5-minute walk takes you to the R1 bus stop, which takes you directly to the hotel zone. I had a pleasant stay.

Very nice owner, gave us some tips on where to go and how to go there. We had a private room with private bathroom which was clean. The AC was working well

The location is good to take the bus to go to the beach otherwise it is a bit far away from the “center” (ado station, palapas square…). There is no door between the bedroom and the toilets (only a curtain) so it can be an issue for intimacy. We didn’t have hot water but maybe we didn’t wait long enough.

Not the best price but it’s Cancun, so fair enough.

Nice room with everything you need

A bit outside but in 20 min you can walk to Bars or Restaurants

The owner is really friendly and does not know what else he can do to meet your expectations! They made you feel like family! The location is in Downtown Cancun, you can't beat it. Fifteen Minute walk from the main bus station (ADO), and one block to catch the bus to go to the Hotel Zone (beach area, about a 20 minute bus ride). Supermarket, by the way is in a mall, with all your stores including McDonald's which is a 5 minute walk, plus you have a convenience store right on the corner. With your own gated parking space in front of your apartment. If you enjoy your own space and enjoy having a kitchen, were you able to make yourself something. This place is for you. Thanks again, I'll be back !
