Please note that this is a time share so you may have to change rooms when the week is over. I did not realize that and had to move during my two night stay. I was at first upset about having to move but the staff took care of everything while I was out.

The rooms are big and the views were beautiful. The property is a bit on the older side but it was very comfortable and the staff was delightful.

Impressive property with excellent security measures. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. Although our stay was only for one night and we had to leave early, we were unable to experience the breakfast, but based on our overall experience, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The restaurant food was average, I’d go somewhere else for dinner.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but it seemed lovely as well. The staff really looked after the facilities, with daily cleaning and maintenance. The breakfast was good.

Lousy food quality at the pool bar, and too high priced. Too much merchandising for tourist excursions and discounts bound to chats. Felt bothered by this. Staff in average overly helpful.

Full resort like, clean even if oldish looking furnitures. Pool and garden super well kept.

The room numbers are a bit confusing so you can get lost. It wasn’t all inclusive so you had pay for meals and drinks other than breakfast.

The place was really big with lots of space. It had pools, Tennis courts, Access to the beach, Spa, A general store inside the resort. The location was nice too close to the Aqua World ( Water Activities ) and the nightlife.

Beach segment a bit narrow and lots of sargassum the hotel didnt clean up. No early check in and late check out options. Lunch and dinner menu pricy.

Spacious beach front suites, parking included, nice pool (put was smaller than on the picture) Breakfast was good.

The room and amenities are outdated and some are just old. We were in 2 different rooms and both had splatters on the walls (stained). All electric gadgets are old and make an unreasonable amount of noise (including the AC - which woke us up in the middle of the night!).

The beach is fantastic and the breakfast that was included was wonderful. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The entertainment activities and cafe menu are limited. The food is good, but it costs 2x more. In 3 days you would try it all.

Read the fine print! We arrived around 11pm and they informed us about the policy "Guests staying on a Saturday night may need to change rooms" which is very annoying because you will need to pack your stuff and move. The receptionist wasn't very nice about it. The staff lacked the warmth mexican hotels are known for. Poor internet connection Definitely an older hotel but we'll taken care of.

The breakfast buffet was super good with international and mexican dishes and fresh pancakes, waffles, omelet, juices, a wide variety of bread and fresh fruit. We really enjoyed spending the day at the Royal Sands as it was a younger crowd. Make sure to take advantage of all the free rentals and activities!

Room was filthy and incomplete. No water provided. Fridge leaked and flooded the room. AC was terrible. Hair dryer didn't work. Despite relaying this to the staff, no compensation offered.

Once you put your credit card for $500 deposit whatever you drink eat your card is used so if you want to pay in cash you cant if if different couples you got to keep a tab

You have to show money to receive a good service. They bring you a cup of coffee, but you have to ask for the teaspoon and the sugar.
