Beautiful property right on the beach. The outdoor shower was absolutely amazing. The pools, the beach, you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful, relaxing vacation spot. We ate the majority of our meals at the Hao restaurant. Every single meal was a 5 star experience. Some of the best meals we have ever had while on vacation. The staff was so accommodating and friendly.

I couldn’t find a negative. We wanted to find a little convenient store, which was a 6 minute walk.

Everything at this property is exceptionally maintained. There are many variation of room and amenities. The food was truly wonderful. Staff were so nice, friendly, personable. And the beach was right in front with ample quantity of lounges with shade.

Like, very professional hotel, great food food and beverage service, quality menu, well maintained facility. Some cons, at night the internet was weak approx 1 bar of service. Also the taxi to the hotel could only be purchased via collectivo, no individual taxis which was very expensive.

My room air conditioner was loud but I just decided it was white noise at night. The room was otherwise excellent.

It is a stunning property and the perfect location for staying in Zihuatanejo. The staff was so attentive and very nice.

I found property online through Booking.com, and it was advertised for my stay at $3.6K if I placed reservation now, but when I clicked link, the cost was over $8k. When I inquired why, it took a week to get told that it was a seasonal price. That should have been on website. Also, I clicked on interested in ride from airport and never received callback or text, so I broke a driver on my own. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Great location, beach was clean with very few vendors, and they stayed outside perimeter. No high pressure to buy activities or other services, but they were available when wanted. Food was authentic and tasty.

We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels around the world, and I have to say that this is one of the best. The location is spectacular, just steps away from La Ropa Beach. The food at the hotel is also excellent, some of the best food we’ve had in Mexico. Our room was gorgeous, and modern, and the amenities they offer, including of water and coffee is a great touch. The best part for us were the wonderful staff including: Gregorio, Jorge, Hector, Bruno (who gave us some wonderful recommendations for places to eat and go), Bernet, Juan (who was that whenever we wanted a beer, place to see, something to eat), Victor (who is the nicest guy in the World, and couldn’t have done more for us!), Ili, and Jacobo. There are probably some more we’re missing out. We can’t recommend this place enough. A perfect vacation.

The room cleaning was sporadic - some days at 9am, some days not until 5pm, which is far too late. The plunge pool was not worth the extra money.

The food was good. Location is fantastic.
