Just the bar/rooftop was closed

It was very chill and relaxing. The bar at the rooftop was closed for some reason during my stay. Would’ve been nice to enjoy the hotel amenities a bit more.

The staff was very welcoming and very accommodating. They had different events on the rooftop while we stayed, answered all our questions, explained how the room, room service, transportation, and their rules in a manner that was very easy to understand. I never felt rushed for anything during our stay and staff called over a taxi for transportation for us when we needed it. Hotel is right across the street from the beach and was a very quiet and pleasant stay. I’ll be booking again soon

I liked everything about this property

This is a fairly new hotel and everything is so nice. The building is very ascetically please. The pool is very nice and the rooms were spotless

I would have loved a empty fridge to store bigger bottles of water. The fridge was filled with other convenient drinks for extra cost. We made room and were able to store a single large bottle of water and some beer. Some parts of the neighborhood are pretty rustic but didn't even bother me. Mazatlan is a growing hidden gem 💎. The rooms were not that sound proof however noise was sufficiently reduced at a certain time.

You have a bit of everything in this hotel, there is a bar upstairs, a Starbucks(more affordable than most of them in Mazatlan btw), a restaurant and a juice bar. There is a little pool inside to enjoy with a waaterwall. A three minute walk to a beach with fun waves slamming into you filled with locals. Plenty of restaurants close by to enjoy. Excellent location.

Some of the rooms do not have windows. Fortunately, we were able to change to a room with windows. That room we liked very much. I don't recall ever staying at a hotel that had rooms without any windows. Also, next door to the hotel, there was a band that played until after midnight on one of the nights, and the electronic bass sound penetrated the walls of the room. The staff do well with the facilities and circumstances that they have.

The staff worked hard to please us. The stay was during the solar eclipse in Mazatlan. The staff made sure we had a perfect spot to watch the eclipse.

The pictures made it look like it was on the beach but it actually wasn't, had to walk a few blocks, didn't have a bar, otherwise nice place

Nice clean property, but I was charged again upon arrival at their rate, not your rate, they owe me one night as I extended for two more days and I paid one more night through this app., will contact the hotel.

Very good location to the beach and easy walk to it. The staff is great a big shout out to Alorenzo at the front desk and Leo the captain for the restaurant

I really liked the pool and the beautiful views at the rooftop bar.

The hotel is under construction so the rooftop swimming pool was not able to be used or get up there to view the city/ocean. The bar on rooftop is super stuffy/hot, they need fans, so it's not enjoyable, although the bar staff is very friendly and helpful. The downside is that the hotel is connected next door to a club that has loud music/band playing til 4am.

We enjoyed the hotels atmosphere, clean room, comfy beds and easy access to the restaurants, clubs and green bus comes around to take u into the downtown market, can also get taxi or pulmonias to take u sightseeing or anywhere u need. Restaurant has good food and the Starbucks is a plus if u rather stay in..The staff was friendly and very helpful. Downstairs swimming pool was nice and enjoyable.

That takes a lot of thought to find anything wrong with the hotel. I will say however that I would have preferred a darker place whilst sleeping. It is like daylight even at night. The lighting is beautiful but too bright for my sleeping. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

The hotel is very new and is in a beautiful setting. It has rooftop pools and a ground level pool with a waterwall which are all very well done. The staff is kind and helpful and always friendly. The beach is across the street. The beds and sheets are absolutely the most comfortable than anywhere I've ever stayed.

Everything was great! Only tiny thing was having to wait a little while for the car valet once or twice but it wasn't a big issue at all as it was an added bonus to have the valet parking!

The hotel was amazing! The pools were so cool and not busy. The staff were so friendly and really made the experience great! The valet parking was a great bonus! The food was great as well! The hotel was honestly amazing and we couldn't recommend enough!
