Very old and out dated property. The room and terrace were filthy …. dead bugs… NO internet in the rooms in the 21st century…. And prices on-sight were pretty high…

The location of the resort is great. Bedroom is clean and the resort is pleasant. The food is ordinary and simple. No glass of wine was available at the bar that evening.

Good room with an excellent view from the balcony. We were birdwatching and saw excellent views of birds from the balcony. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good. We had breakfst, lunch and dinner in the hotel and all meals were very good. The location is excellent for Uxmal - a very short drive and you can be there before the tour buses arrive

This is a great place to stay for visiting Uxmal the following morning. When you arrive at Uxmal the moment it opens and before most tourists show up, it’s really peaceful and magical for the first two hours. This hotel is about a mile away from the site, and cheaper than the one directly adjacent to it. And it’s nice! The rooms are wonderful, there’s a swimming pool and garden area, and while you can hear some distant traffic noise it’s not intrusive. The restaurant food is kind of blah and the service is none too enthusiastic, but that’s the only reason for my less-than-10 review so don’t let that dissuade you.

Hire an F&B Manager, hire a Marketing Manager! Train the waiters, make sure that what's on the menu is available. Breakfast needs improvement. Promote your property. Wifi erratic (may-be because they're on Starlink)

This property has an excellent potential, vast landscape garden, large swimming pool, big rooms with big balconies, lovely view. Spaghetti margarita not to be missed

Great location not far from the archaeological site. Large rooms with good view. Friendly staff. Very good value for money. It is not a luxury hotel, but who needs luxury?

It definitely looks better in pictures than in reality. It has a big potential but the property feels quite dated. The pool was not that inviting to actually swim in. I had a cocktail and it was below average. Breakfast is not exceptional either.

Great location when visiting Uxmal ruins (btw very impressive). They have a restaurant on site, we didn’t dine in tho.

Have been here before and will do so again in the future—-great access to Uxmal and the “three sisters”- kabah, sayil and labna! All staff were spot on and stayed three nights. Nearly Muna is great as well!!

Only minutes from Uxmal archaeological site. With great views over the site. Comfortable, clean with a lively pool area, Fabulous food in the on site restaurant.

The spa was closed - booking in advance is essential. The restaurant staff were very unhelpful. We were literally the only 2 people in the restaurant. Husband was having a meal that included French fries. My menu choice included rice and beans. I asked for fries instead but was not allowed to change. I could order fries as an extra and pay 120 JEC extra. I even Google translated my request as there was no reason why I couldn’t change the side order but got the same answer from the manager. Very poor customer service especially as they had no other guests.

Very close to Uxmal complex. Hotel is as dated but clean with a very nice pool area. On-site restaurant was not too expensive but service was bm poor.
