Reception very helpful, interior private parking, size of pool and lounging areas. Rooms complete with air conditioning, coffee machine and fridge. Can’t say anything was missing overall just WONDERFUL 👌

The roads in to the place was a bit difficult, but typical for small towns in Mexico.

Great facility, great staff...We stayed Monday and Tuesday...came back again on Thursday. Nice garden pool, 15 mnute walk to Mission Jalpan and town sqaure,,,great views of mountains. VERY QUIET and great staff...Thanks, Marta!

We were happy to walk up the hill out of town and enjoyed the quiet. The room, and bed was big and very comfortable. We were sorry not to have had more time to enjoy the facilities, such as the swimming pool.

Google maps thinks stairs are a road and has limited knowledge of which roads exist, are one way, etc.

A small fridge would have been nice

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the central location to visit Sierra Gorda. Amazing staff, very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Nice pool. Highly recommended.

Its a bit outside of the town (10-15min walk). There was a power cut but this is not in the responsability of the hotel.

I liked the room. It was (and the entire hotel) super clean. I liked the way the room was decorated...simple and stylish.The bed, pillows, and linen were very comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to Centro and Mission Jalpan.

There is annoying dog in the yard besides. It barks agressively on every move you make. Door has a toy lock. Does not look serious.

Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and very well maintained hotel located in a very beautiful location. Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool. Restaurant was closed so couldn’t try out the food. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Due to the trees surrounding the pool there were a lot of little flowers and twigs in the water. We took it upon ourselves to clean the surface of the pool since there was no staff nearby. When the staff realized we had been cleaning the pool they apologized and took over the cleaning. Lastly - there are some very angry neighbor dogs that were very upset to hear us enjoying the pool. They barked very loud but thankfully did not bark during the night.

We came during the slow season and the property felt like our peaceful oasis to relax!

Construction work inside the hotel at breakfast hours directly adjacent to breakfast areas. Toilet and shower disfunctioning (somewhat fixed by staff) Food was only through the hotel restaurant which was very expensive. Noone spoke a word of English so you'd better speak some good Spanish.
