At least a 40-minute wait for a drink Línes for buffet are ridiculous long Not enough lounge chairs And check-in was crazy. There are too many people in the lobby, and only 2 workers are checking people in! It took forever.

We got charges for two rooms. When I booked for 2 parents and three children. So, they said I booked a separate room for my oldest boy, who is 15 years old. When I clearly but there ages in correctly. We were given one family room only, that had a bunk bed and two Full beds. So, I paid extra for nothing. They said they could not adjust the cost.

building is deteriorating and old. Rooms are old, bed’s uncomfortable, sheets stained. Food had no flavor and didn’t have a lot to choose from. You had to be there as soon as they opened to get food otherwise you would get whatever was left over.

The food could have been changed a little instead of the same thing everyday the rooms need to be more updated and could be more handicap accessible. Also the staff could be more inviting and nice.

Worst food of my life. We could not eat anything there - we left to eat elsewhere. Dated is an understatement - rooms full of bugs because the windows are cracked or have holes and doors have no seal to keep them out. Large holes! No hot water at all. Even alcohol terrible. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this place.

Two of the pools were close. The resort was not clean, and it looked old . The AC units didn't work. My room was always hot. My TV was as old as me , The food was ok.

All the facilities were showing are not available. No beachfront, no WiFi, no wheelchair accessible, no hot water , no cleaned bathrooms. Beach was 900 meter away from my room, I used my car from room to restaurant and from room to beach. Very bad smell near pool and in front of the restaurant. Long waiting lines for check in- check out, for breakfast-lunch - dinner - snacks - bathrooms.

it truly needs and update especially on it being more modern gotta walk on rocky uneven surface no wi fi what so ever so don’t count on free internet service at all . someone side mirrors scratch my whole drivers backseat door to my right tail light so I got a whole different color line running across my car they have no cameras at all at that facility except for maybe the front but the incident happen inside . so that’s going to cost me some money to fix with no proof of it happening wich I will need . alot of sketchy people with no class or respect and considerations for others type of people . food was simple nothing u expect when u on vacation especially at a beach . all thing u can litterally find at a cheap Mexican restaurant so if you’re form the states I’ll suggest spend more or really doo research I won’t definitely return that’s for shure .

The place was so horrible that after being shown 2 different potential rooms we refused to stay. Giant cockroaches, rooms had been sprayed with so much pesticides that I am sure we would have been sick or worse if we stayed there. Grounds overrun with iguanas, which we like to see but not in those numbers. Bellboy service is sitting in the back of a truck bed. About a dozen staff in the lobby but only one helping all the guests booking in. Beds were concrete with thin cushion as mattress. I can not believe that you allow this hotel to be represented by your site. It’s pretty bad when we chose to leave without even knowing if we could find another place to stay.

Nothing !!!!

This hotel is the worst ever. Dirty, stinky, uncomfortable, and low-quality food. My family and I lived a nightmare. The bathrooms didn't work, no hot water, very old furniture, and the beds were a nightmare. Spider webs in the restaurant chairs, and ants in the food bar. Omg!! It was horrible .We couldn't stay one more day, so I lost my money. I cried so much because my first vacation with my family got ruined.
