When arriving to the property, it is kinda in a back area. I like how the property is very distance from all of the other hotel it is close to the downtown Tulum if you are trying to get there a little quicker, the staff is very pleasant and informative. I would say there is not much on the TV but being alone is better to be downtown or on the property where there is a good restaurant and a good pool

Everything! Location is great, away from city/hotel zone noice, but close enough to everything. Hotel has safe parking garage. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool area clean, food delicious… Hotel started working recently, so everything is still brand new. Staff are amazing. All people we met here are super kind and helpful. 11 out of 10

Breathtaking and very clean ! It’s close to cenotes and a few gas stations. Also the beach area is within a few miles. Martin my concierge was excellent and I was even served a birthday slice of cheesecake which was delicious for my birthday.

Construction noise, breakfast

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days for a vacation. The hotel is still under construction, so renovation work starts at 8 a.m., with workers walking through the hallways and making noise — if you’re hoping to sleep in, that won’t be possible. Overall, the hotel is decent: it has everything you need, a great underground parking lot, and a fairly good location. However, it’s more suitable for short business trips. The breakfasts are repetitive, and after a couple of days, you won’t feel like going anymore. So it might make sense to consider booking the hotel without breakfast.

It's not in a walk distance from the center of tulum..you need transportation

The staff was very helpful but the hotel is still under construction..the constructors made a lot of noise above our apartment and it was annoying..the breakfast was good..

This is a new Wyndham property. It opened in January,2025. It is secluded and restful but it is easy to get to the beach or downtown. The walking is flat. The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant had a nice breakfast selection. We stayed for a week. One of the highlights was our breakfast meal. Of all the waitstaff-Gabriel was outstanding at his job snd has much potential. I was a corporate executive in food production for many years. The new bartender was good too. I think in the future this resort will be an excellent place to stay. The only downside was they should have credit card readers for the wait staff and a large screen Ipad. The paper menu did not match the selections on the paper menu. The restaurant manager should address that issue.

We had a great stay here. The staff was very attentive to all our needs! The food was great too; however, we did not try to breakfast buffet but lunch was delicious. It is nice and quiet location. The pool was wonderful. My only recommendation is to change the music style at times and turn the volume down a bit but that is more a personal preference. I left a book that I was reading and they let me know it was there. We will be back so they are holding on to it for me.

No major issues, but since it has recently opened it is not yet running at full steam, which is understandable, and the current price reflects that. Something they probably need to look into though is the low water pressure in the showers.

Some things were not yet available (limited options in the restaurant), no showers next to the pool, the road to the hotel is still under construction. I guess this is why the hotel is quite cheap. One annoying thing was that in our room, it seems that the wind hits the ventilation, so it was quite noisy. Had to sleep with earplugs.

Brand new hotel that I think in a few months will be very expensive, as they seem to even be building a padel court. Everything is top quality, the pools are great and staff is friendly. Very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very new hotel and hasn’t even finished being built as renovations were still happening during our stay, this made it loud at times. The reception staff seemed disorganised and tried to make us pay for our reservation which we have paid online already, as well as our room not being ready when we arrived at 4pm (an hour after check in).

TV didn't work, coffee machine didn't work, shower took forever to get hot water, no chairs on balcony. Had to go to restaurant for ice...smallest ice bucket in the world meant multiple trips...as no fridge in room

Brand new, beautifully built & finished. Nice room with balcony. Liked the pool. Resort was empty, and I mean empty. No one there, felt like a Twilight Zone episode.

Good value for money, very nice hotel but still under construction. Missing some basic items which would make the hotel much better. Balcony has no sitting area or clothes rail. No full length mirror in room, poor water pressure in shower. Pool is very nice, but music at the family pool is far too loud. Umbrellas blow over with the slightest bit of wind as the weights are not heavy enough. Close to many restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops etc but no lightning on the road to the hotel, so have to walk in pitch black up a unfinished road using your mobile phone light, it’s a scary walk.
