Spacious set up with lush garden and very nice pool. Excellent breakfast options (recommended!) very friendly staff. Also close (5 mins on foot) to the up and coming Veleta area where you’ll find lots of nice restaurants and shops (not so tacky as on main strip)

A little bit too far from the main strip in Tulum (20mins on foot) and next to one of the main streets so quite noisy at the pool (rooms were quiet though).

We loved everything about Xscape. Super helpfull and friendly staff. Big sized room (apartment) with our own pool. Everything feelt very modern and we really liked the design. We had our own microwave, fridge/freezer, coffemaker and there was a safe to lock our valuables. Shampoo, soap, towels.. In other words everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Nothing bad to say, but an advice to the hotel is to update the photos of the rooms, because the photos isn't fair since the room looks much better in real life than in the photos so we was happily surprised! 😁

My room was great, the food was great, the hotel and restaurant staff were great, especially Jesus.

The room was comfortable and large, with a patio (would have loved an hammock!). The pool is nice and in a lovely yard. The people at front desk were helpful and kind.

The place is absolutely fantastic and the staff are amazing. Valeria was super helpful to us, helping us navigate the local area and plan our trips. They also upgraded our room for our anniversary. Great location, beautiful hotel and great service.

The room was super clean and everything was fresh. Great water pressure and just steps from the pool. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful tropical plants and setting. The front desk clerk, Jesus, was super helpful and was a native Spanish speaker and also spoke perfect English. Just looking for a roof over my head and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. I will be staying there on any subsequent stays.

Could have used a microwave in the room.

It’s very nice hotel, very quiet and very good location.

The only thing I would love to see next time in the future- just add simply coffee machine to all your rooms. It would be nice to have some basic kitchen equipment like - salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, paper towels. It would be nice to have newer towels - some of them had wholes. To rent bikes - it has to be a little bit more newer version.

Very beautiful place at the heart of Tulum. Clean and tidy, very quiet, yet close to all the bars and restaurants in the city center. Very kind and helpful staff.

Relatively small things that could make a difference like no shelf for toiletries in the shower, zip ties used to hold up the curtains; garbage bags over the bathroom window; overpowering perfume scent used.

Very peaceful, green and charming boutique hotel. Great pool, breakfast available (wide selection at additional decent cost). Close to Main Street in central Tulum with many restaurants. Highly recommend!
