In general Zipolite had this time of the year a lot of Moskitos, so I would strongly recommend having a Moskito net for your bed, because without it, we would have not enjoyed our stay. But this is not a problem from the hotel. It's nature and one just needs to be prepared. The only thing we didn't like, was that the A/C air had a weird smell, but once it was on, we could barely notice it. The pool has some rough areas that should be renovated, but nothing too bad.

Great staff, very nice and helpful. We got a better room than what we booked thanks to them as we were a family with two toddlers and our room would have been too small. Great pool and direct in front of the sea. Nice chilling area at the beach. Excellent location. Great A/C which is extremely necessary.

The wifi wasn't very strong in the room but was much better in front of the beach.

The room was close to the ocean and we could hear the waves. The shower was great and the fan and AC were perfect. The pool area was clean and comfortable.

The entire block lost power for one night so we had to sleep in the heat but that is not the hotel's fault. Aside from that, no complaints!

The rooms were a good size for 3 people - 2 double beds and lots of plugs. Air conditioner worked great plus additional fans to help with the 30+ degree weather. Bathroom looked newly renovated with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Toilet was in great working order - it's hard to find that in Zipolite. The hotel itself is in a perfect location - right in the centre of town and right on the beach. There is also a cafe right beside the hotel that serves great americanos. There is also a patio/balcony area available if you want to be on the beach but under shade. There is also a heated pool if you don't want to get sandy. The owners were lovely and very accommodating. I needed some help dealing with booking.com regarding an issue and they were more than helpful and patient. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The hotel has a great location. Center of town and right on the beach. Plenty of lounge chairs to relax. Restaurants right next door that brings food and beverages to you. The room ac is the best.

So amazingly close to the beach we could hear the sea waves crashing when we were resting in the room :) Spacious room with comfortable beds and easy access to everything. Very chilled and easy vibe with nude people if they want to be or not - no pressure either way. Would love to come back soon.

Great location, on the beach and the main street with restaurants. Not many hotels in Zipolite have AC, their rooms have AC, fans, TV, fridge, hot water, wifi. Relatively quiet location. Best option in Zipolite for short to medium duration stays.

The location of this hotel is spectacular - beach at one end and main street at the other. The rooms are clean and there is choice of fans or air conditioning. Loving sitting area on the beach and a lovely pool to use. The cost of the room was very fair for what you get and the location. Love this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again. It will be our go-to place in Zipolite.

No hot water on our last two days as the gas truck did not do a delivery on time. Not a major problem as the water is reasonably warm as it is.
