We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI wouldn't say it's something I didn't like but a note to the more budget savvy traveller is that the immediate surrounding businesses, like restaurants and grocers, were quite "expensive" by Malaysian standards but a quick 5 minute walk and you were at Lotus supermarket where everything was fairly priced
Cody, the owner, was amazing to deal with and the apartment itself was gorgeous with a bathtub that could fit two and 2 beds to choose from, one in the lounge near the tv and one in the bedroom so you could have the quiet to sleep in. The view from the balcony was picturesque and pleasant to sit out on, listening to the music coming from the restaurants downstairs of an evening. We met the neighbours, Michelle and Ian, lovely lovely people. I'd recommend this place to anyone

MalaysiaThere is no personal touch in the room. Quite basic. Can be better. (This is our 3rd time in this building with different hosts and different units). Bath towels not absorb water, just acceptable. Understand it's not a hotel but can be improved.
The host was kindly upgraded room for us. Place was spacious and clean. Host gave out direction in detail.

MalaysiaThe magnetic key for the lift seems not functioning well, at times I had to scan 4-8 times in order to for it to work, pending on luck i think, strongly recommend this to be changed. Luckily I wasn't stranded.

Saudi ArabiaStruggled with the check-in/check-out lock box as the lock was small and stiff, hard to see the numbers and had to kneel on the ground in a dark dirty maintenance area to access the lock ( NB No lights in this area at all for very early check-outs so needed a torch to see at all.) Its also a long walk from the apartment for anyone with a heavy suitcase so make sure you have wheels! A larger lock and a higher mailbox or even a simple plastic mat under the mailbox would make this 100% better.
Loved the location, lots of eateries nearby and the beautiful marina to view. Security staff at the property were extremely helpful and it was easy for Grab cars to find. Cody was really responsive and made everything easy. I loved this apartment.
