Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Malaysia2nd time under this hos. And this time mange to meet him face to face while going to check out. Overall since got other unit next to previous one i feel this unit is good compare with number 20. But hos is very nice and everythg with smooth transition.unit is ready on time. Only few aircond remote not function, plastic bag for garbage no extra so find my own garbage bag. Door lock feel not so secure i found out the handle is broken just somebody stuck the lock handle unpropely and we find it broken. Water dispenser no cold water only hot and warm water.duno must be the setting is mistake or its already spoul and need go for maintenance. Overall its good.tq

MalaysiaThe owner opened the booking even though he know that he has an outstanding payment for the maintenance fee. The consequence is I, as the visitor there, can't use the facilities (swimming pool). My family and children had to wait almost an hour to get access to the pool.
