The beds was mostly comfortable accept some has some stains on it. There's one parking but getting into the parking was hard as neighbors were inconsiderate to cover the entry. TV could not see anything as it's connection was bad. Watch something for 2mins and it reloads the same thing or skip the entire part. After 3 times this happened the entire show just stopped. Walls needs retouch up.

it was difficult to get checked in, which ruined the start of the trip. I received a lot of WhatsApp messages in advance (rather than official messages via booking.com which I would have preferred) with rules and deposit info, but nothing about how to check in. In advance, I asked for details about how to get the keys but only got the reply “noted”. the details were only sent via WhatsApp at the official checkin hour. as a foreign traveller, I do not have internet access except on wifi so I couldn’t access these details, leading to a very frustrating time as we ran around town with bags seeking wifi. it would be better to have someone to meet foreign travellers (especially those travelling with children), or share these details earlier. I understand it helps stop people sneaking to check in early, but for us, after a long journey, it was very frustrating.

the location was excellent for the night market! a cot was provided at a fee for my little one. the apartment was spacious.

OMG, the stairs is very steep before entering the house. My mom has a bad knee and she has difficulty in climbing the steep stairs. In the main bedroom, the heater need to be fixed though, it's leaking..

Everything is good, clean, cozy, the ambience feels like home :) It is a landed house and you have your own parking space. Location near Jonker street ( around 10 minutes walking ). The host ( Miss Ong ) is very helpful. The house is fully equip with air-conditioning and the TV is full of entertaining channels. Good for family with kids to keep them entertained. Remember, you need to check out before 11 am or there will be additional fees.

too much rules, many rules not mentioned at booking.com page when book. then they send out total 15 items of rules on 3/5/2025, so you cannot cancel booking even not agree with the rules because cancellation fees RM400+. somemore the facilities very old & damaged. the sofa & pillow dirty, you wont dare touch on it & sit there. then the other big isue is the shower head, the water supply too small untill cannot use the shower set to take bath. my sister & myself used the bidet to shower!! the pictures shown at booking.com page totally different with the real one, dirty & not nice as shown. i cannot sleep well & tension stay there, spoilt my trip, bad memory!! i wont use booking.com to look for hotel/hostel anymore. oh ya, they request me to take selfie with I/C, after that they agree me to provide selfie with driving licence. i hope they wont leak out my photos & delete this data. May need booking.com monitor on this issue, thank you. another 1 thing is whether the cleaning fees by customer? i paid RM130 for cleaning fees, they ask me check with booking.com this fees charged by booking.com. i not aware this cleaning fees when review at the page, known this after made payment. pls help to verify on that.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the unjust imposition of a non-refundable RM130 cleaning fee on my reservation, in addition to the rent. My attempt to cancel the booking and seek a full refund was met with disregard from the hotel staff. This experience has been highly frustrating. This lack of transparency and responsiveness is unacceptable for a service provider.

Wet bathrooms, but understand this is typical in most of Southeast Asia. The shower was warm and good pressure.

Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning very good and we slept well. Kitchen had fridge, microwave, cooking unit and complete set of dishes. Dining table very useful. Ideal location. A few minutes walk to the left were various food stalls and restaurant. Good duck and roast pork in air-conditioned room. Laundry and convenience stores. A few minutes to the right another food center with many different food vendors. 12 minute walk to Jonkers Street. Safe even at 11pm. Tourist attractions also nearby.

The place is cozy with enough space for a group of six. Kitchen is equipped with everything, more than I imagined. Location is just 5-10 min walk to the center of old town and few minutes walk to some restaurants. Staff contacts me via what’s app and very responsive.

Some stairs to climb before entering the house, so maybe not for senior citizens if concerned. Beside this, its really good :)

Around 8-10 min close walk to jonker street/river side, there's quite some homestay nearby as well so no need to worry about walking at night. A comfy home with a fully furnished kitchen/water purifier/TV box/vacuum cleaner/hair dryer etc, will recommend for big groups. The pillows and blankets are super fluffy as well, overall very good stay!

Car porch only fit for 1 car. Another car need to park very close to the main gate. Because ours car both also Toyota Vios a bit longer.

Suitable for big family. Walking distance to Jonker street. All things function well.
