No sink in common area for washing up mugs

Location very good for exploring Georgetown. Rooms, showers etc were clean and comfortable.

Well, whenever we had forgotten something in our room we had to walk up soo many stairs as our room was on the highest level of the building, haha. The stairs are also in my opinion not in the best shape. Maybe there could be a mini fridge on the highest level. That would make things easier. :)

Our room was soo cute and stylish!! One of my favorites on the travel so far. The big window front is amazing and makes it so light in there. Sadly you couldn’t open it, but that’s fine. There was a great equipped kitchen with a fridge, a water dispenser and a chill out area! Also, hot shower water was provided and the bath rooms are stated in cool outdoor areas. The staffs were SUPER lovely and always cleaned up perfectly. We found it also very practical that instead of keys/chip cards there are codes used for every entrance.

My friend and I are backpackers. The location of the youth hostel is in a bustling area, where we can meet people from all over the world and experience the diversity of the world. Many years later, I will still think of this trip and this place.

We stayed 5 nights and didn’t have any issues for 4 of these nights, however one night the room above us were walking around all night and the noise really carries through to the room below and woke us up several times despite wearing earplugs. Luckily this was only one night!

Really great place to stay in Georgetown. Location was excellent and so were the facilities. The room was small but clean and comfortable and the shared toilets/showers were always clean. Free tea, coffee, water and bread downstairs.

Location is great. Close to many restaurants and bars. Price was good. All was clean. I had a room with a big window to the street. The natural light made the room pleasant stay in. I ended up staying more than a week.

The rooms are not soundproof but the hostel give ear plugs with the room. The facilities are rather minimalists, and the atmosphere / ambiance was rather cold, we didn’t see anyone take hang in the living room of discussion with other tenants

pillows a bit too soft everything can be heard in the rooms The earplugs they provided were helpful but not all the time. Also if you have an early morning flight to catch and an early wake up alarm you don't want to be wearing ear plugs

The ventilator fan in my room was not working and it was filled with dust I hope Aayu homes can check all rooms and fix those that are damaged. During my previous stay at Aayu Churh St, dame problem too.

The pantry with complimentary tea and instant coffee and sliced bread. Toilet was generally clean too, with hairdryer provided.

Maybe a little more cleanliness in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The staff were always very attentive and responsive to any questions or needs we had. The location was perfect, walking distance to any part of Georgetown and surroundings. Thank you very much Lava.

Lovely clean place to stay, toilets were kept very clean throughout and were never too busy. Staff let me bring a chair into my room to do some work. Good coffee/breakfast area downstairs, great location to explore Georgetown.
