It is clean, comfortable and well organised. There are two standout features: 1 Your entry code is derived from your own phone number, so you can't forget it. Brilliant! 2 You have to check out of your room by 11 am, but you can keep your bag in the common room and use all the common facilities, even the shower, until 11 pm.

The aircon in my room made an intermittent buzz. The only staff I met were the cleaners. Office staff are readily contactable via WhatsApp but it seems impersonal, unlike a traditional hostel.

The brilliant location right in the heart of Penang, and the kind staff who constantly made sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. Their guide to Penang was really helpful too!

I think it was only the bed we didn’t like. It was constantly creaking and we did think it was going to break at times!

The staff is friendly and accommodating besides, staying here you have the perks of getting good price with the local brands that they collaborated with.The bed was comfy too that I slept thru the night peacefully!

Location is really convenient. The check in was super smooth. The room was neat and clean. The system of this hotel is top notch, they have everything you want.

I stayed at this hostel for just one night but it was perfect. They're surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and sights to visit. They also provide recommendations and an itinerary to make your trip more special. Loved it!

It’s a wonderful place to stay, surrounding so calm and quiet, clean and smell good. Affordable price. And yes they served a very good taste of bread. I like it! The staffs is friendly and polite. Their pillow and bed also comfort too. It located near chulia st. Easy access to the bar and shops.

Great location, close to Chulia Street, easy to walk around and sightsee. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and allowed for early check-in.

The location is great, very central. There are many restaurants near by, as well as a convenience store. The room was quite big and confortable but don't expect anything more than the minimum (bed, bedside table, chair). The price was pretty cheap though so I don't have any complaints.

The bathroom was really small. It was okay / enough for 3 days but had I stayed longer it would have started to become a bit uncomfortable. Again, the place was pretty cheap though, so no complaints.

The place to stay for your stay in Georgetown, perfect location near everything; great staff very attentive, comfortable bed; i slept like a baby, they provide all what you need and it s quiet at night, i end up extending 3 times my stay:
