    Staff semua baik dan membantu

    Saya booking bilik lain.. dah sampai hotel dia bagi bilik lain yg tak valid dgn harga kita booking.. bilik booking mahal.. dia bgi bilik murah utk kita dgn alasan bilik full.. how?? Payment full ya yg dh bayar xdak dia tolak2 dh.bayar mahal ya..

    Kemudahan parking yg byk

    Kebersihan kurang memuaskan, dinding pintu dan dinding blk tidak diselenggara dengan baik.dinding blk air berlumut tidak dibersihkan. Air cond berbunyi kuat dan bising, channel tv tersangkut sangkut. Tiada iron disediakan di dalam blk.

    awal2 nk check in ok. parking pon kt luar hotel tu je.. dekat.. staf pon okay.. hehe

    once dh masuk dlm bilik spoil mood.. sbb bilik bau kepam, lampu bilik berkelip2 dan tempat lock belakang pintu tu rosak.. but dh buat aduan time tu.. staf pon hantar org repair dan spray minyak wangi kot... wangi tu kejap je.. bau tu still ade lagi.. yg lampu bilik berkelip dan lock belakang pintu pulak, time tu jugak laa baru nk repair.. kita ni sampai2 letih kot nk rehat.. i check in hotel mlm kot.. at least pihak hotel sblum customer masuk bilik tu.. check laa apa yg patut.. hmmm.. out of my expectation.. sepatutnya hotel 4 stars okay laa.. brekpes xmenarik sgt huhu just nk maklum cawan² dy xclean wei.. ada satu cawan tu ada bekas gincu kt bibir cawan tu.. geli nk minum,, haih.. at least cuci laa betul2.. hotel 4 stars tp kebersihan x jaga hmmm lg satu masa booking tu ada buat special request nak iron dlm bilik tp xde pon.. 🥺😭😢 sedih nau.. cuma ok laa dy letak iron sekali ngn board dy kt luar.. dekat dgn bilik i.. tp tetap xpuas hati.. request i xdilayan... kbai.. harap boleh diperbaiki lg utk masa akan dtg.. tq.. i ada upload sekali gambar dlm bilik tu.. lock rosak dan staf mai repair as proof laa.. bukan saja2 ckp na.. tp lps repair tu ok je .. but tak puas hati tu why masa i check in baru nk buat semua benda tu.. 🥴🤦😂😂

    Staf perempuan yang berada di kaunter tak mesra alam.2 kali saya menginap di sini,dua kali saya menatap wajah staf yang masam dan tidak peramah sewaktu mendaftar masuk.Senyumlah sedikit biar pelanggan rasa teruja nak duduk di sini

    Saya check in lewat (lebih kurang jam 9 malam 12/3/2023) dan sangat letih dengan jammed dalam perjalanan. Untuk makluman, saya sedang sarat mengandung 8 bulan, my expectation is bila sampai lewat, saya akan dapat sambutan yang lebih mesra dan cepat (tidak perlu menunggu lama dikaunter untuk menunggu staff mencari2 maklumat booking saya). Apabila sampai di reception counter, saya disambut dengan kurang mesra oleh staff di kaunter walau saya cuba senyum dan bercakap dengan baik setelah menerima sapaan seperti itu. Proses check in lewat (ambil masa lebih 10 minit seperti mereka tidak bersedia untuk menerima penginap kerana staff tersebut mencari-cari booking saya (saya telah mengesahkan kehadiran sebelum bertolak ke JB - Jam 12pm 12/3/2023). Apabila check in di bilik 1003, bilik belum di kemas lagi, sampah masih ada, katil belum dikemas, cawan, bilik, dan toilet kotor. Saya terpaksa turun semula ke Ground Floor untuk menunggu bilik yang lain. Diharapkan management hotel boleh membuat kursus untuk staff di kaunter reception agar lebih mesra untuk menyapa customers kerana mereka akan bagi 1st impression pada customer sepanjang menginap di hotel tuan.     Location n good breakfast

    3D2N check in,Sabun Mandi / toiletries ,3in1 Nescafé,and mineral water tidak diganti semula walaupun telah habis.x sure ini SOP baru atau housekeeping X buat keje.
