Only one lift service for the facility. Place is old. Only one pillow each and flat like pancake. Sleeping was uncomfortable. Lots of ants at kitchen. Two big cockroach, one at kitchen and the other in master bedroom. Cobweb and dust outside entrance door. Rusty hook inside bathroom just next to door.

The lighting. Using yellow lights feels dim, and they consume more electricity. It's not bright enough to take good photos or make a video. But it's not a big issue. If you are not a content creator, than this place is good.

The resort doesn't have much vegetarian options so you need to carry your own food or drive out to eat food. Unit tenants only receive 1 access card that is required in the lift to go on the level 1 or on unit floor. Without card you cannot go out of the building. With just 1 card it makes it difficult for 4 adults to use lift in the building. This can definitely be improved. Some of the facilities such as sofa bed (need air due to get rid of odour), bathroom accessories can be fixed for comfortable stay.

The location of the resort is such that it disconnects us from the town. For activities like dinner, shopping you will have to order a taxi or drive almost 1 km out to get basic stuff. The pool view from the 3rd storey room was good. 1 bedroom unit(Stay Home) was adequately maintained and it was a clean unit. My family had a good time in the unit that we rented. Unit owners were very nice and courteous. It was my first time renting this type of unit and was my family first visit which was nicely treated. The unit owners guided me with obtaining my keys with checkin process as well as using some of the room appliances. Kudos to the hassle free effort put by them.

The aircon wasn't working well and the toilet bowl choked. The problems were rectified prompt but it was really inconvenient. There were lizards in the apartment too.

We do update the apartment owner who needs to improve. To conduct proper checking of the room facilities such as TV, toilet flushing, iron and iron boards, all remote control,rooms doors are in good working condition as the hotels standard moving ahead to satisfy the guest. Water pressure for bidet was not so good. The room should be maintained and checked accordingly before the next guest 😌 check -in. It is still space for improvement ✨️.

The owner of the apartment Mr.Raymond and his wife were so friendly and helpful before and after we arrived. The good idea both of them loop us in the groups chats as easily to have contact with us. The room was spacious as in the website photo. We thought that it was a hotel that's was boooked but overlooked. To access the apartment ,we are given the room number and code number to open the letter box. Our room was at level 7. Facilities in the room as usual but not as hotel setup. No amenities such as coffee 3 in 1, mineral bottles. Aircon and lighting are instant water heater in working condition. Overall, our stay was good.
