The first impression of a hotel is always the front desk associates. I am sorry they do need a lot of training on hospitality, especially how to address the customer's question. They need to be tentative and efficient - knowing what they are doing.l am sorry they took a long time to check me in and always looked at other staff for assistance. It was just not me, other patrons too. Sorry - not a good impression of your resort.

I had the water chalet. It had the Seaview. Wow, it was beautiful and relaxing to watch the ocean. To be honest, I just sat there enjoying the view and breeze. The property was clean and scenic. The rooms were big, spacious, and clean. Great breakfast. The wait-staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. There are other local restaurants, if you were to take a stroll on the beach.

There was no wifi. I called the service centre a couple of times regarding wifi but no one came to assist. The TV remote also wasn’t working

Key Card -on my 2nd day stay, i was unable to use my key card to enter the room.Called the number on the card and has been told to walk back to the reception. And my room was at 900😩, we requested for assist to open the door first for us to change before we goes to the reception. Waited more than 30mnt+ before they arrive. Breakfast -sambal taste was 🤮 -food spread is not up to expectation for RM50+ buffet breakfast. -need to find for cutleries and we could only get the cutleries at the counter where the waitress is wiping it. Room -no body soap on the dispencer -toilet bowl clogged Adult Swiming pool -empty beer can was every where. (China group) -used towel on swing pool deck (almost all deck)

This is my 2nd stay here.Had choosen Avillion for my Anniversary this time. We had the water chelate, It has an amaizing ambients as you are in BALI. Although it was a good choice, there is some down side that need to be improve.

Poor maintenance of the toilet- standing shower area with mould. Cleanliness of the room - dusty window near the day bed & dirty fridge.

Stunning sea view from my room. Can stroll along the beach during low tides. Short distance to PD night market (only on Sat night)

The room floor was sandy, room was dark, there was only one light in the room (bedside lamp), not sure if the aircon works properly as we could not adjust the temperature, the lift did not work on our last day during check out, the property is very old and little refurbishment was done towards the room as seen from the bathroom condition and furniture in the room.

The view, good location with many restaurants nearby, there’s both kids and adult’s swimming pool that are quite nice, there is a nice spa overlooking the sea, staff room service was fast. We requested for extra towel and water and they sent immediately to our room.

Room had a lot of ants and thermite, hot water was not really hot... So overall not a big thing for the price but easy fixes. I think maintenance is an issue has this place is clearly aging

Compare to previous day, the property seem like not well managed. Room 616 aircond n water heater not function despite numerous complaint has been made but no action take .

The hotel isn't that well maintained. The toilet wasn't working, the tap was leaking, and you couldn't turn it off. The iron leaked water. The shower was mouldy. The TV had faulty cables, so the audio wasn't working. The wifi was really poor and kept cutting out. On the surface, it was an incredible hotel, but as we stayed there, more issues started to arise.

Great location, amazing views, large rooms, its a beautiful hotel, and a lot of potential. The pool was really nice. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was really delicious and comprehensive. There were issues, but the positives made it often easy to overlook the negatives.

1st day I stay aircond not function very well. I inform to fo n send maint to come n check. After that maint said aircond problem n need to changing room. But the proses need to waiting changing room almost 4hours. But everything still was ok. Only u must faster soft the problem from our guest.
