The place was spotless and very comfortable. The lady (Reena) who runs the place is so so nice and very responsive. It was less than 10 mins walk to the port. We stayed for 3 nights as 2 adults, 2 children and there was plenty of space. There aren't loads of good restaurant options nearby but we really like the community cafe a few doors down and History 1948 bistro. We also did an island hopping trip whilst there which was brilliant, we booked this with Mr Firdaus (eTour Mersing). There is also a great launderette and 7/11 right nearby which was handy. We also got a Grab taxi to Pantai Air Papan Beach which was beautiful but there are no food options there and no taxis to return. Some wonderful locals thankfully gave us a lift back when we had no other option.

Very clean and modern appartment, tasteful interior. The lock at the door was a bit tricky sometimes but assistance given any time. It was raining hard and we were very happy that we could spend our time in this cozy and beautiful room, even with bathtub (small but does it). Tioman ferry 10 minutes on foot.

The room bedding set-up is not really ideal for the price. I expected to have a Full queen size bed with options for single. I strongly suggest you make this clearer as I believed the room had a large bed (Futon) and with two singles. The shower was hard to use as the cable was not long enough and I had to sit down on the tiles to shower.

We needed somewhere to stay the night before getting a boat to Rawa Island Resort early the next morning. Based Mersing was perfect for our family of 5. It was super modern and clean and only a 5 minute walk away from where the boats leave. The beds were very comfortable and communication with the hosts was super efficient. Would 100% stay there again

Rina msg us few days b4 our trip so we can liase easily via WhatsApp. As I was w my 4kids n an elderly mum w wheelchair, she really give us the best assurance n great accomodations that we cld ever get. The room is huge for all 7 of us. It's really really clean. Definitely will recommend to others. Thx again Rina

very comfortable and with street side parking next to the entrance, it's fabulous, the lift works very well, plenty of power points and all one needs is a charging cable, the fourth story viewing deck is a great idea
