Our rooms are equipped with rain showers, as shown on our Booking.com listing, and we understand that this type of shower may not suit everyone’s preferences. We regret that the shower head was not functioning properly during your visit. While we regularly inspect our rooms, occasional wear and tear can occur, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Please note that the shower head has already been repaired. As a self check-in hotel, we do not have a traditional reception, which is clearly stated in our listing. Since you arrived around two hours earlier than the standard check-in time, we hadn’t sent the check-in instructions yet, but we’re glad our team was able to assist you in person and accommodate your early arrival. Our location is correctly listed on GRAB, though we understand that the map pin may sometimes be inaccurate. We are actively working to ensure this is improved for future guests. We also want to mention that our hotel is accessed by stairs only, which is clearly noted in the booking details. We’re sorry if this caused any confusion or inconvenience. Additionally, we’ve addressed the issue regarding ants in the bathroom with our housekeeping team and thank you for bringing it to our attention. Just to clarify, the building was not previously a church, its design may resemble one, but it has never functioned as a religious building.
