Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. If you have a car this area property not easy to find a carpark. If available after working hours. This area quite busy traffic. The carpark must pay selected hours. You must know carpark what date and time to pay it.
Nearly mall and easy to find food halal. Also nearly the like Masjid, old istana, Pekan rabu, lookout tower Alor Setar state and many more.

Reception area really nice, rooms need abit of an update but thats okay for the price. We had an issue with our first room - plumbing issue in bathroom of our first room - and obviously bathroom haddnt been cleaned due to this plumbing issues, maybe reception weren't aware the room should be closed and put us in it. Overall good stay
Great location, staff all very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed, TV working in good location, WiFi alright (could stream netlix), shower hot and powerful, mugs and hot water so we could make our own coffee. Location is perfect

The air-conditioner was old. It was quite hot, and we needed to play around with the remote in order to make it colder.
In a good area and reachable. Aman Central is just a few steps away from the lobby, which is great.

the iron facility. If can provide iron on every level should be nice, the hotel also have some space to put the iron section tbh. But for now, iron only hv in level G infront the guest desk.
convenient location, easier to reach restaurant (3min walking from hotel to P10 restaurant), located near to Aman Central.

Unfortunately, the mattresses on the beds were not ideal, and I could definitely feel the springs, so they either need to be turned over or replaced, direly. Overall the room was comfortable, but all the furniture and furnishings are visibly aged. The chair in our room creaked ominously anytime someone sat on it wrong. Also if you care about silence at night, the room was not very quiet.
The location here is very convenient, on a street with shops ranging from massage parlours to restaurants to mobile phone repair centres. Additionally it is opposite Aman Central a large and luxurious shopping mall with many businesses including Uniqlo, Baskin and Robbins and I LOVE YOO!. The room are clean and surprisingly large with adequate room for your luggage while still being able to walk around without concern. The staff are friendly and provide towel changes everyday on request. Overall, for the price it was pleasantly surprising.

Air conditioning is not very cool. Lightings is not fully bright. Just a few Muslim restaurants nearby.
Near the attractions places such as Alor Setar tower, art gallery, Pekan Rabu and shopping malls. Easy to go bus station and train station. Near the jetty Kuala Kedah.
