The bathroom has no hooks, no holder for toilet paper, and the walls are a bit damaged.

the toilet doesn't have any window and ventilation fan..the smell of sewerage is surrounded entire room..i need to open room window even in night time to make less smelly (room number is 103) rm100 per night

location is great, easy access to the restaurant, roti puri from mamak beside the hotel is super delicious and also cheap..you guys should try..then, in kota tinggi, there is a place called as firefly park...really awesome experience, it just like you see a wonderfull cristmas tree in the dark. took around 15 minute to go there from the hotel.

the pillow is lousy. it does not support my neck. tilam dah keras. bath room no place to put toileteries. the mirror is suitable for Ibrahim Pendek. The TV does not function. n is not user friendly. the light in ROOM 103 IS DIM. the cable tie in the wc is thin and easily broke. the online reservation process is tricky and too long. why do i need to download the apps. it took me 30mins b4 i confirm my reservation. You may as well tell us to call you direct

There was no toilet paper holder in the toilet. No hanger to hang towel and clothes. Imagine having to hold the toilet paper in your hand while trying to take off pants to pee and having to hold on to it after to pull pants up.. No shelf even to put bath foam, shampoo, conditioner.. the sink was bare too.. no space to put tooth brush and tooth paste and face wash.. everything has to go onto the floor, the toilet seat cover and even in the sink... The room has huge windows and the curtains was just enough to block the view and slight movement of the curtains would have exposed anyone who is changing. The sun came in through the side.

The staff was friendly and spoke good English so we could check in quite quickly. We were allowed to have late check out by paying RM20 for two hours.

Noisy surroundings. Walls are thin and sounds were audible throughout the night. The one and only blanket (for a double bed) was old, thin, and worn-out. The mattress was musty and packed with dust mites. We had a cold, itchy and miserable night. The place was a total dump. Needless to say,, it's not a place that we would recommend.
