Perhaps the room should be furnish with a sofa sette as it is advertised as a deluxe with 2 rooms.

The beds were a bit soft so my parents had back pain.

The location is amazing! It is right above the Centrum mall and the night market is within 5 mins walk. There is coin laundromat in the next mall too so it was so convenient. The night market had great stalls. It was very convenient to have carpark next to the hotel. The breakfast included was quite nice too. The kettle wasn’t included but there was hot water tumbler jug so we could get the hot water from reception area. Maybe because of the cool weather, there wasn’t any air conditioner so there was a bit of background noise from the road and the mall, just fyi. Otherwise, we are very happy with our stay 😊

as a sinus person who’s allergic to dust. i think its better to have some purifier in the room as there’s no a/c there. the dust is flying in the air no ventilation unless open the window. but it does make sense to open the window 24/7.

We took a double queen for 4 pax. The room size is so small and we don't have enough space to move around in the room.

- cleanliness has to be improved , shower head and toilet bowl is not cleaned , stains on bed sheet and sofa - electric kettle is in bad condition - very noisy before midnight as it is right next to centrum mall (but acceptable as it is quiet after 12am)

Perhaps it would be preferable to consider fully tinted (blackout) windows for the restroom, as opposed to blinds, since the current setup allows for visibility from the outside.

The area is quite strategic, and parking is included. A convenient store is also easily accessible. It was a very pleasant experience.

It would be very nice if guests were given some refreshments in the hotel room, maybe some 3in1 coffee or tea. As our breakfast slot is a little bit late which is At 9.30.

A very strategic location because it is located at the Centrum, lot of shops and restaurants. It is very convenient when we dont have to go anywhere else to get some foods. Parking lots are available in front of the hotel and the basement. Overall it was a nice stay.

I didnt like the smell when enter the room..smells like there are cockroaches in the room
