We contacted the hotel via contact property in the app for early check in and there wasn’t any reply but once we have arrived they were able to check us in after 10 mins.

MalaysiaBathroom in family suite is rather small n cramped. Kitchen chef refused my company of 4 pax’s simple request for egg omellete as no eggs were served at all at breakfast at RM15.00 per pax, n that was sad. Eventhough brochure upon booking stated mini bar, IT was in the room but not working. Was told when asked for a change , that all rooms are waiting for arrival of purchased mini bars.
Property was clean having been newly renovated n just officially open in Nov, just weeks before my stay. Family suite is nice n big. Bed n pillows were comfy n clean. Close to Jonker walk. Male receptionist upon my check in was very polite, friendly, attentive n helpful. In fact all other staff eg service attendants were polite, attentive n helpful too. Senior executive named Ivy was quite attentive n professional in handling my only complaint re a kitchen disappointment. Keep it up.

MalaysiaHousekeeping needs to be more vigilant. The glass shelf above the coffee bar was covered with a layer of dust. Makes us wonder how well did they really clean the room. Shower was pressure was irregular. 1 min slow 1 min strong kept on going during our shower time. Suggest to install a pump for the whole hotel. Lighting above the bed felt like we were sleeping under the sun. Too bright. Difficult to adjust the lighting.

SpainSome of the staff were rude and the room was noisy. Upon request, we were given a different room, which was a bit less noisy but bearable. The room got cleaned only if we asked explicitly. There was little water pressure in the bathroom and the water was barely lukewarm, but never hot. The breakfast, which some reviews described as excellent, was so uninspiring that we decided to eat elsewhere.
