I believe rooms are not soundproof so I can hear many people entered the house after midnight. But most guests are quiet.

Very clean with spacious room and bathroom. Air-conditioning and water heater worked perfectly.

The apartment could be a bit more modern, especially the bathroom, but for the price, it was okay.

The apartment is in a great location, with shops, restaurants, and a bus station nearby. Communication with the staff was easy via WhatsApp. There is also a water dispenser.

No hangers and floor/bedsheet/pillow cases were dirty. Toilet was a little too small.

The pillows are not comfortable. The cotton/filling of pillow seemed to have clumped up and it is heavy. Soundproofing isnt the best, but other tenants were mindful of noise so it is ok. I suggest for the room to have a full body mirror or on the table, not just in the shower. At least a full body mirror in the hallway on the way to the main entrance so that we can check that we all look neat and tidy.

Location is good, there are shops nearby (I didnt hang out in the area much) Self-checkin is very smooth and staff in-charge responds promptly. Generous with plugpoints. Water filter in the hallway for convenience. I like that my room has a window too

My room was near the main door, and there was noise from people walking in and out and opening the door, especially throughout the day. Host may take longer to respond to you on WhatsApp.

It is quiet at night, and the toilet is quite clean.

1) the noise from other guest is extremely annoying! If you’re staying at the Family room. There is a table and chairs just right outside your room. They will sit there and talk, make noise, play music / videos, and talk on the phone. Even till midnight 1-3 o’clock! Maybe I was unlucky getting all this guest on the day I stay but seriously, please get raid of that table and chair or seal the glass door at that room and make it sound proof. Their bike exhaust was loud and coming in and out of the car porch. 2) again, disadvantage staying at the family room. Your room is so close to the gate. You will constantly hear the door being pull open and close. Even until midnight. The main door will also constantly open and close. I couldn’t sleep whole night. The most I think I only slept 3 hours. You can’t even sleep in, because they will start to make noise at 7:30am++. 3) water was not strong, but that’s okay, I can accept that. Towels has stains. Best to bring your own.

The location was close to all the eateries, which I like about it. It’s spacious. Bed was firm and good for my lower back.
