Parking is limited, there are other site for parking and shuttle provided to the site. I prefer my car near me. There are no nearby restaurant or kopitiam for morning breakfast.

Hotel newly renovated, so it is clean. Water dispenser can be found on every floor, making it easy to refill our water bottles. There are room that fits 4 adults, so we stayed comfortably together and not apart. There is 7eleven at the lobby, so convenient. Location was ideal too, close to all the tourist sites.

need to double check in. Have to wait 2 times for checking in. one at the entrance - information counter another one at 12 floor reception counter. Short of staff at the ground floor and we waitied for some time and another round at 12 floor. wasting time and labour cost.

Room with good size, clean and power shower. Supprise to find water dispenser. very good ideal. Parking limited but hotel provide shettle bus. Location not at the superb busy ipoh. Nice to enjoy the morning walk at the Padang.

Limited and tight parking lots within the hotel building, however free nearby alternative parking sites provided with shuttle van.

I just don't like the parking. I get parking at St. Michael, but it's not so frustrating because the hotel provides a shuttle bus for the guests.

I like the room, spacious enough for my little family, 2 kids, and 2 adults. The location of the hotel is strategic for finding food nearby.

Pleasant stay in clean environment. Staff efficient & friendly. 180 deg view of Ipoh city from 12th Floor reception is a good distraction to enjoy when you're queuing for check ins or check out.

Late check-in. We arrived at around 2.30pm to check in. We only gotten our room at 4pm; that was also after persistent follow up.

Not having a fridge. Theres space for a fridge but it was empty.

How close it was to the Old Town and Train Station. Very comfy bed, great pressure in the shower.

check in was slow. have to wait in line for a very long time. Abt 45 mins. then they open another counter when the lobby is full. Not enough parking at the basement. I have to park far and bring lot of my baby's item and other stuff to the van. doesn't make me feel good tho.. and plug in the room were limited. the plugs are only at the table..

The location were very strategic. near to lot of viral places and Ipoh night market. breakfast was delicious even though there are less choice. view was great. room were clean too. very spacious lobby and lot of seats. during night time there are no parking so I have to park quite far. there are van to drive you back to hotel. the staff were friendly..

We were made to wait at the downstairs lobby until almost 3pm. That lobby which share the same for space as 7 11 shop wasn't comfortable. Our first time at this hotel so we didn't know that there's another lobby at the higher floor with comfortable seating. The staff failed to inform us to go upstairs to wait. Check in was also slow. This should be improved.

Good location. The security guards should be given a big bonus or pay! They're very polite & super helpful especially helping with parking positions in a tight limited basement parking area. We appreciate them very much!
