We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location, the privacy it offers, the ever-changing landscape at different times of the day i.e. when it's low tide, you suddenly see many trees in front of your villa, the calm surrounding, the aura of mystery with the magnificent Santubong just beside it.

SingaporeFar away from restaurants unless you have a car. But you can grab. We went to the Sarawak cultural village which is near by.
Swampy beach for exploration. It is nice to look at wild life. Not a swimming beach but mangrove. Fun if you like a hike through to the flat beach. Beautiful sunset view. Cocoon tent rooms are interesting. Adequate room facilities but no safe. Dining area has mosquitoes.

Relaxing and serenity. Nice ambience and would be better if there’s more activities we could do at the resort. Friendly staff especially Joshua, he assisted us and make sure we have a perfect stay.

MalaysiaI would have stated Yes for one of the Bonus question on the price i paid. This was with reference to bfast as it was just to simple for the price we paid. As i understand you opened in Mac25, but there is a need to improve yr bfast spread. Our 1st day there were no eggs.
