The apartment is fully furnished with amenities and more. The owner is very helpful and prompt to reply. The proximity of the apartment to IOI mall is good can walk for 15 to 20 mins but with uber its 5 mins drive. Lots of shops below the apartment which makes it easy if you are lazy to go out. There is a starbuck within walking distance. Will be looking forward for future stay if I'm here in putrajaya.

Spacious, very clean unit, kitchen wares & utensils all complete, nice view. Owner very friendly and approachable. Stayed 1 night for my Convocation at UPM. Worth every penny. Will definitely come back. Thanks Mr Tan, awesome service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked very last minute because our other reservation cancelled the night before. Our stay was very comfortable and the host was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and pleasant. We will definitely choose to stay here when we want to visit putrajaya again. 😆

I hope it can cater for family with small children too, e.g. kids' cutleries & tableware, some toys, kids-friendly deco items, etc for safety purposes. And if only there's a dryer to complement the washing machine, it would definitely be a life saver! The rest - no issue at all. Superb!

I like everything about this house. Cozy, clean, spacious, almost complete amenities, ample pillows, enough trash plastic bags, strong wifi connection, and not to forget friendly & extremely accomodating host. We gonna book again in future!

I like how spacious, clean, minimalist and aesthetic decor that is very well maintained. Had all the things a house/stay would need. The owner Mr.Tan made our trip felt so welcomed, comfortable, easy, very informative and attentive..this has been one of the best one day stay with my family so far. Also the location is convenient and near to all the locations we need to go..loads of cafe and marts downstairs too.. we are very happy with our stay and hope to be back again soonest.

Everything from the stay, to the communication with the owner was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Uncle also recommended us few activities, restaurants to try to. Worth every penny and will repeat in the future.

First, the property is very nice as it appears exactly like the pictures shown in the site. The interior design is superb and contemporary. The owner, Mr Tan was very helpful and went way beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was a great help for us who are not familiar with the area.

Nothing that we do not like.

The place feels like home, a luxurious and comfortable one that is. The host, Tan was very meticulous in ensuring that the place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated (looks just like the pictures). The toaster, washing machine, microwave, fridge, RO water filter and dispenser, iron, kettle, aircond etc were all in clean and good conditions. Dish washing liquid, detergent, hand wash, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, 3-in-1 coffee, clean towels etc were provided. The beds were comfy too. Slippers for guests to go to the swimming pool was a nice touch, showing how thoughtful Tan is. The unblocked view from the unit is a bonus especially during sunrise. The TV’s color setting was a bit reddish but we didn’t really mind. We were spoilt for choices of Netflix, Viu and many other channels. There are plenty of good Malay/Indian food downstairs and also convenient self-service laundry. The mega IOI city mall is a few minutes drive away - a shopping and food haven.
