MalaysiaThere were 3 elevators but 1 was out of service. We went out at 10am and had to wait for like 1 hour or more to come down because the elevator always full of people or cleaning staff bringing stuffs from up n down. So, if u want to go out, better go out earlier 😅 but other things were great anyways.

the place are amazing. the owner are very friendly and helpful. very big space in the room can fit for 6 pax. the facilities are very good too. very big swimming pool. perfect place with family.

SlovakiaWater dripping from the ceiling, water mark around the ceiling. Water was slowly dripping close to sleeping bed. The musty air in appartmant, need to ventilate a lot. But once the mysterious water dripping is fixed, it could get the apartment back to list of valuable choices.

FranceThe apartment is damp and smells damp as there is seepage in the ceiling, dripping onto one of the two beds! The building is very poorly soundproofed, and you can hear people passing by and the neighbors. The bathroom is very smelly. There is only one knife and the clothesline is very tiny.

MalaysiaWhere do I start?? I had high hopes for this apartment as this was supposed to be a memorable getaway with my friends. The bathroom lights were malfunctioning during the 1st night of our stay. They kept flickering and wouldn't stay "on" & the worst part, THIS HAPPENED AT NIGHT where there is very limited light in the bathroom. Texted the host by sending a video showcasing the issue & even called via Whatsapp but there was no answer DESPITE THE HOST BEING "ONLINE" AT THAT TIME OF THE NIGHT. The next day, a technician was called to fix the faulty bathroom switch & sent a video showing the "FIXED SWITCH". To our horror, we returned at night to yet again THE SAME MALFUNCTIONING SWITCH EXACTLY LIKE THE PREVIOUS NIGHT! Sent another video showing the same problem & asked for solutions to this issue from the host. Instead of trying to solve the issue and/or admitting or showing some concern for the accommodated guests, the host suggested us to continue using the faulty switch (which apparently was due to an internal circuit problem) by mentioning "Try doing this & then doing that..." and so on. After which I expressed my disappointing experience, ONLY THEN THE HOST APOLOGIZED & MENTIONED, "WE ARE TRULY SORRY FOR YOUR DISAPPOINTMENT" followed by more unneccessary justification on the "alleged fixed switch". Our disappointment towards the service provided reached its peak when we were presented with YET ANOTHER PROBLEM WHERE THE SINK WAS CLOGGED! This was also reported to the host to which it was "LEFT ON READ" despite mentioning that the water was lurking on the sink far too long before finally draining away. During Check-Out & even after sending a video on leaving the keys & access card inside the mailbox as requested, THE HOST NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY TEXTS EVER SINCE MENTIONING THE SINK WAS CLOGGED ON THE PREVIOUS NIGHT TILL NEXT MORNING.
The ONLY good thing throughout our stay was that the beds were comfortable for sleeping. Everything else was truly disappointing!!

MalaysiaLong waiting elevator, 3 lifts for 41 levels condominium. Very bad cleanliness, the floor is sticky, the extra bed in the living room is wet damp and smelly, and the sofa also has a weird smell, the carpet in the living room is also dirty. The host didn't bother to change the extra bed in the living room. The toilet is also quite mouldy. For this price range, you can get a better cleanliness homestay at other places in Penang.
