My room showed some wear and tear, my WI-FI didn't work at first, however that problem was quickly solved. The resort becomes very crowded on weekends, when local families with children come to stay. Some traffic noise is audible, since the resort is surrounded by motorways.

Most accommodation buildings are centered around the pool, which is great. Beautiful landscaped gardens, several restaurants and one bar. My room was the largest I've ever stayed in, plus a good size veranda.

Rooms a little tired (kitchen area). Kids club could do with a bit of a spruce up (for supervised kids only, probably really only for toddlers).

Lovely communal pool. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Quick buggy for luggage to and from room. Very clean. Huge rooms.

We had a truly relaxing stay at this hotel. The surroundings are beautifully scenic, offering a refreshing escape from the city buzz. How they setup the rooms, it is not as 5 star i would expect. The pillow need to change. It is so uncomfortable and I get headaches.

There’s one thing that really disappointed me. I usually order room service at any hotel I stay at, and I did the same at your resort. Unfortunately, no one picked up my calls. I was exhausted, starving, and having a headache at the time — and I still tried calling room service several times. I honestly lost count of how many times I called. It really frustrated me to the point where I just gave up and ordered from GrabFood instead. What made it worse was that the security guard didn’t allow the rider to deliver to my room. You know your resort is huge — I had to drive all the way to the lobby just to collect my food. So, here are my suggestions: 1. I totally understand if you don’t allow outside riders to deliver directly to guest rooms. That’s fine. But PLEASE fix your room service. Don’t leave guests calling over and over with no answer. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. Please look into improving this service. 2. If you know your room service is unreliable and you plan to keep it that way, then at least allow delivery riders to send the food to the guest’s block — no need to go upstairs. I saw you have more than one guard during my stay. Use them wisely. When I picked up my food at the lobby and returned to my block, I noticed one guard was already waiting downstairs — was that to prevent any scene? Instead, you could assign a guard to supervise the rider during the delivery. Don't need so much time anyway. 3. Consider using a QR-based system for food orders. Invest a little in setting up an online ordering platform. That way, you won’t need to rely on phone calls anymore.

It was a nice place to stay — calm and quiet. There weren’t many choices for breakfast, but that was still okay for me and the price.

When check in, we were given queen room and no view, even though we already booked king room with pool view. After complaint, the staff give us another room. Hope next time, they give customers the room as they booked. Very disappointed.

Very poor soundproofing door, can hear people walk/talk outside. Passable breakfast buffet, better go outside. Nasi lemak taste so bad.

Nature themed resort, comfortable beds and one of best bathtub rooms ive ever been. Lack of activities but appreciate the management effort to fill guest time with movie night, coffee time and lots discount price for meals and spa.

Everything was fantastic! The staffs were really nice and friendly, and the room was amazing. I managed to finish tons of bathbombs with their aesthetically pleasing bathtubs. Stocking up for my next stay!
