Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

aircond is not functioning well. Shoes are not allowed in the corridor. Food and beverages are also not allowed to be brought into the room. Parking space is limited.
The price is superb. A quiet, nice and beautiful surroundings. Not far from eateries and the city of Kuantan.

Don’t have basic things like tissue in the room and bathroom. No mineral water. The pillow is not comfortable.

Near the pekembang beach.. just few kmrs away from Ikan Bakar Stall and kuantan town.. Quite strategic and lovely place to do staycation..

Have to more check on the wardrobe because left some other guest clothes & it is smelly. Other than that, need more light in the room too dark. Also suggest to put 1 chair in room for easy to sit during make up

No tissue/toilet tissue and dustbin provided in the room (only provide dustbin in the toilet). No complimentary tea/coffee inside room but provided outside the room which is so inconvenient and not practical. Slippery toilet floor. Appreciate if owner could provide a floor wiper/scraper in the toilet to wipe the excess water that makes the floor slippery. Pls also provide shoes rack for each room as we cannot enter the building with shoes.

Food and drinks are NOT allowed in the room; a water dispenser is however available in the pantry area.
Large, clean and tidy room and toilet. Quiet. Ample free parking. Many restaurants nearby.

The unit is almost perfect. If you added a door draft stopper it would reduce the noise coming from other guests in the hallway. That's the only thing I would change.
Clean, parking, good size room, cats on the property that are friendly, tv, wifi. Would stay again.

Nope..just that don't forget to bring your own toiletries supplies like brush and toothpaste cause they only provide soap and towels..Everything else was good..
As muslim, of course our utmost concern would be the cleanliness of the place and it did meet my expectations..rooms were clean and nice..other plus point, it even have variety of channels to watch on TV..have qiblat direction and parking space around the property too..the staff we've met was the receptionist women and an older man managing the rooms were quite nice too..

Broken faucet in room 14. Broken towel racks. Hope the management looks into this

Overall great👏🏽
had the pleasure of staying and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups. The guesthouse provided a comfortable place to sleep, which was greatly appreciated. The environment was lovely, offering a nice level of privacy. It was also convenient that Kuantan city was within close proximity. I was pleased to find free parking and access to Netflix as part of the amenities. These additions certainly enhanced the overall experience. However, I did encounter some minor issues. In room number 5, one of the lamps was not functional. Additionally, there were connectivity problems with the wifi. I would greatly appreciate it if these could be addressed as soon as possible to ensure a seamless experience for future guests. Despite these small inconveniences, I would still rate my stay a 7/10. Thank you for providing a comfortable and convenient option for accommodations in Kuantan.
